What's New in Missive

11.35.0

September 11, 2026

Improvements: • Warnings, errors, and confirmations across the app now look and behave the same wherever you meet them. • When you share an account, the Auto-archive list now offers Everyone, so anyone who joins your organization later is covered without you adding them by hand. It also lists everyone in your organization, not only the people the account is already shared with. • Email signatures in drafts created by the AI assistant or by a rule now use the name and address from your organization profile, matching what you get when you write the draft yourself. • The label list no longer re-sorts as you tick labels off, so a second tap cannot land on one that just slid under your finger. Fixes: • Declining a calendar event with "Don't add" no longer adds it anyway. • "Leave in team inbox" is no longer greyed out in the Snooze menu. • Inviting a member no longer shares every child label just because its parent is shared with a team. • Signatures and responses that put a variable inside a link no longer break composing. • You can now tap through from a quoted comment to the conversation it came from. The arrow that does this only appeared on hover, so it never showed up on a touch screen. • Access status emojis now stay on the right side of the avatar instead of drifting out of place. • Emoji outlines are smoother, without the spiky edges and artifacts they picked up where they overlap an avatar. • The checkbox on a task lines up with the first line of its text again, instead of the middle of the block.

Blocks actions with weird questions.

Does bizarre things, e.g. a new email message just gets marked as a draft, with no way to send it

Truly Amazing App. I have tried them all!

I was looking for a better email app for personal and work emails. The default Mac mail just does not have any real features if you have a lot of email addresses, calendars and notes. I literally downloaded 20 different platforms. All the big ones and the smaller ones. Ones that most big companies use. You can imagine the list. 3-4 months of testing and finding flaws in all of them. Missive is exactly what YOU need it to be. You can set it up just for what you need. Built a couple of custom apps to help me that live in missive now. Incredible. It is really an amazing software.

The absolute best thing. I LOVE using the app.

Using missive for few years now in multiple orgs. It’s essential and lovely to use. Well designed. Complexity where it’s needed. And amazing dev/support team. Features are very well implemented. And I love the fact that there API and custom integrations!
