What's New in FrontApp

5.82.0

July 14, 2026

Various improvements and bug fixes.

User reviews

Changing status of other users

Biggest limitation I’ve hit for years (5+) using this app is the inability to turn other users’ boxes on or off on mobile. Many times I’ve left work and someone on my team has accidentally left their box on, so emails are flowing into their box and I’m unable to turn it off until I get home and get on my desktop. I keep hoping itll arrive in a new update but nope. Add this!

So slow

I thought was my WiFi but after seeing the reviews everyone has the same problem. App is really slow, it’s been months with this problem.

Love it.No complaints

We've used this for a couple of years now, and its great. Wouldn't switch to another option. Customer
Service are very helpful, and there's always new things being worked on for the app.

Almost doesn’t cut it

App frequently bugs out. When you push to send and email on your phone I’m it frequently fails and sends a blank email.

To have to pay for an exorbitant amount for email service and have it not work and then be given poor customer support to fix it isn’t right.

Also paywalls for rules is ridiculous
