Great app, I joined for Shoryu Ramen’s loyalty card (yum!) and was happy to discover it has loads of my other fave local places on it too. It nice and easy to use. Really recommend it!
Confusing problem reporting
I just reported a problem regarding my order (half of it hasn’t arrived), and there is no place I can see the history of this report. As if it didn’t happen. No log inside the app, no email, nothing. Just a vague statement, I will hear from somebody. When and who from- nobody knows, as I don’t even know if it reached the recipient, and have no basis to claim my money back.

Bad user experience
Repeatedly logs me out and loses loyalty rewards. The user interface has changed to become less. Customer friendly. Doesn’t recognise Apple generated passwords. Terrible app.
Does not work
Please fix. It says Please try again , something happened to stamp collection. The bluetooth and gps was on. I am not the only one having this problem

Miałem 10 pieczątek na kebab . 11 miał być gratis. Zamówiłem 2 i karta przepadła a została tylko 1 pieczątka. Oszuści!
A little sketchy
A great idea which replaces all the venue specific loyalty cards. Genius!
However its performance is ropey. Like many apps having good signal is critical and ensuring your device is supported and running the latest os is a must but even with all that issues such as
1) wallet full of venue cards with no details such as the establishment names
2) not able to take advantage of offers
3) not able to redeem loyalty points
So actually it offers me no benefits in most of my venues.

App crashes when leaving order feedback
My delivery didn’t arrive so I tried to leave feedback on the Online Ordering Support. Every time I try to leave feedback, the app crashes. There is also no other way to contact the restaurant

Zbierając stemple w jednej piekarnio kawiarni straciłam już 3 nagrody przez błędy aplikacji. Gdy chcę odebrać nagrodę aplikacja od razu mnie wylogowuje i nagroda przepada. Nie polecam tego scamu

Lost All My Stamps Because of a Technical Glitch
I feel cheated. I never created an account because you never said I had to — at least not to keep my stamps. Today, I went to La Regina Pizzeria to claim my free pizza, and for the first time ever, the app had logged me out. Now there’s no way to redeem my stamps. What a complete waste of time and effort.

Works very well at the coffee shop next to my office, i have realised i can order from a few restaurants nearby like on other apps for delivery
