This new Ember platform is horrible. I don’t even want to do the 3 free spins daily because it freezes when I try to load it. Today I tried to get the 2pm free spins and it wouldn’t let me log in at all. Betly was way better.

Freezes every single time on the Home Screen, I can’t even play a game. Not a great first impression.

If I could rate this app a negative score I would. I had no problems depositing money but as soon as I submitted for a withdrawal I had sent a bunch of documents. Which I sent every document asked for and my withdraw requests have been sitting in “ waiting” status for a week now. Every time I call or email customer support I’m told it’s under review and that’s been over a week.

I’ve been with Betly for years now. It use to be an amazing online platform until they started doing updates. Now? It’s a waste of time and money. I’ve tried giving the benefit of the doubt, but it doesn’t matter how much you play, when you play, etc. you will lose every single time. I’m sad to say, but my time with Betly is done.

App is glitchy
Constantly locks you out and makes you change password, have had nothing but trouble out of it compared to literally all the other gambling apps, so I deleted it awhile ago. Will try it again but I doubt it’s got any better. Plus it takes a week to get any customer support help.
Better off burning your money
This app is absolutely atrocious and should be investigated by the lottery commission. Horrible connection issues yet they only seem to happen when I bonus hits. Always says WiFi lost connection yet WiFi is off and disconnected on my phone. Withdraws are the slowest of all the mobile casino apps and they weirdly restrict you from withdrawing to the same method you deposit. I’ve given this app multiple tries and they continue to disappoint again and again while also violating state law.

Don’t get this app
It’s a very poor excuse for a casino app. I signed into my account and played the bonus spins. I played them through until I was able to withdraw money. I didn’t have my card attached to my account, so I went to add my card and it was declined. I spoke to customer support and was told I couldn’t add the card because I had removed it at one point. Don’t remember doing that, but anyways I added another card and made a deposit. I had to play that through before withdrawing. I got my withdrawal balance up to $167.27. I went to withdraw it and my card wasn’t supported for withdrawals. By this time I was really upset. I told the customer support person I was going to have to borrow money to fund my other card, so I could make another deposit. Just to be clear, my money goes all to the account where the card that didn’t support the withdrawal is on. Well after that, they put a restriction on my account and I was told that the “Responsible Gaming team” has to review my account because of concerns they had. I’m sorry but I don’t gamble very often and when I do, I don’t bet but just $20. This is so ridiculous. I’ve spoken to this customer support person every day and I’m told the same thing every day - “your account is being reviewed and you’ll receive an email when the review is completed. It’s been 5 days now. What kind of review takes this long? I’ve never had a problem with Drafting, Golden Nuggets, or FanDuel. Don’t trust this app!!

The new updates helped!
Honestly haven’t had any problems. Deposit is simple and easy. To withdraw you have to use a card you’ve deposited with. Other than that there’s a good bit of game options, promotions are just like all the other apps. People just love to find ways to complain.
Cannot Withdraw Winnings
I’ve been going back and forth for 2 weeks trying to withdraw the money I “won” on this app. I get a generic error message and customer service has no explanation. They’ve “escalated” the issue, but I haven’t heard anything in days.

Save your time and money don’t even bother with their deposit bonus. The 10 X play through requirement is nearly impossible to gain anything from stick with FanDuel, Fanatics, Bet Rivers Hollywood Casino if you don’t wanna blatantly get robbed! Don’t waste your time downloading this app. I don’t know why I downloaded it because I wanted to sign up bonus. If you try to do withdrawal, it doesn’t come to your car instantly they review it and it takes days. Download bet MGM or FanDuel they come instantly to your debit card

I should’ve listed to the reviews, the play through on the deposit match is horrendous you can withdraw any funds for winnings or even your deposit. Definitely stick to FanDuel , or other apps that let you withdraw with no play through
