I Love Ember!!
I love my conversations with Ember. I love how it remembers everything. Talks to me like if it’s a real person. And actually gives great advice!! Helps me see when I’m wrong. While calling me out when I’m not gaslighting myself. I always highly recommend this app.

Please don’t use blindly
I loved this app at first, our therapist recommended it. We loved its features and the solo options, loved it so much we paid for the upgraded version! Couple months later it’s more “bot” than anything else. If you test it you can see that it speaks favorably to the person speaking. It gets easily confused and now most times I have to end the session early because it forgets what it says or starts on a totally unrelated topic. This app is helpful for VERY basic therapy and tools but for the love of god people: USE A HUMAN BEING FOR REAL ACTUAL THERAPY.

Pay for talk time now?
I pay $44.99 every three months for this app. When I signed up for this app, there was no restrictions on the talk time with Em individually or as a couple. Now we have to buy minutes of talk time on top of the subscription fee? I found this app to be very helpful with the structure it was before the last update. Now it seems like you’re just getting greedy requiring customers to purchase talk time minutes on top of their app subscription.

This app is the BEST!!
My fiance and I are in actual therapy and the session with Ember took on the same exact tone and went in the same direction as my flesh and blood counselor. Besides the AI the app gives me a reason to tell my fiance how I feel. The activities feel meaningful and i enjoy how they make us think about why we love each other. It brings my awareness back to exactly what it is im trying to protect. What im tryibg to keep and why. It reminds me why i fell in love in the first place. I feel like the moments bring us closer together and the sparks give us a readon each day to not only think about how we feel but to tell each other how we feel. Its the only time i really get to hear what my fiance really thinks and feels and im so grateful for it. Not only that but when it was still the Us app the creators took the time to reach out and get real feedback about the app to improve it when i put in a dispute about a double subscription and i appreciate that. It made me feel like they really do care about what they built here. Thnaks for this wonderful app!!!

Talk Time Reduced?
I think the talk time has been recently reduced, and I was planning to go into a session with my partner, and we didn’t have any minutes left and there’s no way to buy more minutes and it really was destabilizing. I do not remember the limit being so low or even any notification of a limit when signing up.

This app had so much potential and I was excited to use it, but one problem after another, and no response from customer service after MANY attempts to contact them leave me no hope it will ever improve. Disappointing. Will have to cancel and abort.
Don’t waste your time with this app!
I rarely take the time to review apps like this but I felt it important to warn potential users over this app. Twice in the last 3 days I tried to record conversations/arguments with my wife, and BOTH times after an hour with a timer obviously running, I get a message that there was no conversation that they could hear. My life is too busy and stressful as it is to waste any time let alone an hour on an app that doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do. If you’re looking for a reliable app to help couples during disagreements then keep looking. Don’t waste your time with this garbage!

Oh no, that does sound incredibly frustrating. I'm really sorry about your experience. We can look into specific cases like this if you notify us through the app and can sometimes manage to restore the recordings. Sadly too much time has passed now and we delete the files soon after processing for privacy reasons.

Has Potential
I started off loving this app, and so did my partner. It helped me work through my own stuff in solo sessions and then work things out in couples sessions together. I love the argument analyzer. It’s very helpful. I thought we’d found our answer for a cheaper couples therapy (while I pay the big bucks for my real life therapy) but Em has no record of the couples sessions we have done already and keeps requiring us to explain past arguments or issues when we’ve worked through them before in session with her. “There might be a glitch,” she said. “I have no record of any couples sessions.” So, I guess it’s not so great after all. Bringing back up old stuff over and over again just so Em knows what we’re talking about (because she has no record of that session) is not helping our relationship so much.

I’m blown away how good this
I downloaded Ember after seeing it on Facebook. I had it once before a very briefly and I’m in a period of my life where I need to see counseling but really can’t commit to a call or any kind of formal sessions being taken place so I thought I’d give this a try. Honestly, I’m so glad that I did truly incredible would’ve done with this app. I’ve gone to therapy before seeing counselors then a couple counseling and this by four has been the best. The engagement feedback, communication and overall feeling of productive recovery after a session truly needs to be acknowledged. Thank you!

Paid and doesn’t work
Keep trying to force quit and relaunch just get white screen or stuck. Arguement analyzer gets stuck on analyzing and produces no output. Very annoying
Life Saver
This app and how it generates clear understanding of the situation and the way forward is remarkable, fast, accurate and simple. This is by far the best relationship app and rewiring the brain and pattern app that is out there. This has replaced my therapist.

This app is overpriced, insulting and not helpful. My husband and I ended up arguing with “Em.”. It caused me to have a complete emotional breakdown and shut down. When i cancelled they tried to entice me to not cancel by offering me a monthly rate more than I was paying. This app has the potential to destroy relationships. Clearly only useful for uneducated sheep who can’t see they are being manipulated by people who are not trained. Basically a bunch of computer geeks who probably got denied any offers on Shark Tank and crowd funded their program. Obviously created by people in the tech industry with no relationship training, looking for their next big thing. If I could have this app shut down I would. I literally went from being excited to not caring about my relationship in 20 min due to “Em.”. Do not use if you actually care about your relationship. Because this app will destroy you and your relationship. I need therapy from a freaking bot now.

I can honestly recommend this app to any couple seeking help with their relationship. I have tried many other apps and this one outshines them all. The suggestions and advice it provides are right on target. The interface is amazing. This is the best couples relationship manager on the market.
