App isn’t working
I just got the wireless set for this and was really excited to try it. When I first opened it a few weeks ago, the app was working except that my music wouldn’t connect properly to the audio options. Since their most recent update, however, the app crashes every time I go to use it. I’m hoping they will resolve this soon. It’s really disappointing to have spent the money on these tools and have them now rendered completely useless.

No longer works
Oddly, they released an update that broke the app. It no longer works. I wonder if they will fix.

Pulsators
From the time I purchased the kit (2023) I have had problems with my wireless pulsators- updates, troubleshooting, a bit of improvement but problems start again- the light bar and headphones work with perfection but it is so frustrating.
Loved it before the last update
This app was my go to for my practice. Teens and adults liked the audio options with the music I provided. With the new update now none of my music works. I have an Apple phone with specific music purchased to work on this app. Now I have to download the music differently which I don’t know how to do. Soooo frustrating and such significant interruption to my patient care right now. I can’t even use the app.

Experience has went down
With the new look and feel updated, the EMDR on headphones is not working properly. I hear the tap in both AirPod headphones now. Before it was clear and crisp and you would hear one tap alternating in each headphone. Now I hear the beat in both headphones - which is not EMDR!! Please fix this. I want the old app back!!

New update - where is ‘interrupt’ option?
Hi - I’ve been using this tool very successfully & enjoy all aspects. However, latest app install has removed the ‘Interrupt’ option. Can you please advise?
Some issues
The Bluetooth on the pulsators are horrendous and support isn’t doing anything but saying upgrade to the newest which still aren’t that great. So frustrating! Also… why doesn’t the app work in the background? I’d like to switch back from my notes to the app in a session, but as soon as you exit the app in a set, it shuts down.

Great product
I purchased the hand set for home use. I use this all the time for self work with IFS or coupling with meditation. BLS works so well for me and I am grateful that this product exists. 🙏

I’m really liking this app and using the pulsators and headphones with my clients.
One suggestion I have is I would really like to be able to turn the pulsators’ vibration completely off and just use the lights on the pulsators for eye movements. It’s not a big deal because I can just place a blanket down and the pulsators don’t buzz around on the table anymore. (They dance around a little even at 5% intensity on a hard surface.)

Stereo Sound Problem
When I open this application simultaneously with the phone conversation process on the iPhone, the sound does not come double-sided in stereo, I have difficulty because of this error.
Everything but custom music
I have loved the app so far! I am a therapist for kids and the kids love it, especially the pulsators and the sound. The issue I am having is it will not allow me to use longs I’ve downloaded on Apple Music to play during sessions. Please fix this! I want them to be able to choose their songs.

So easy to use!
Waste of money
Lightbar works fine but pulsators only work 20% of the time when within 3-4 ft of the controller. Not at all farther than that. So problematic and disruptive to trauma work. Customer service is no help.

Great light bar but the pulsators are unreliable
I have a love hate relationship with my EMDRKit. I’ve had problems from the beginning- the pulsators just won’t stay connected via Bluetooth. I’ve used the system with 3 different iPhones and have upgraded pulsators and the issue still exists. When I have the pulsators sitting right next to my phone the signal is only at 3 or 4, never at 5. When I’m sitting 6-8 feet from the client the connection is barely a 1 or 2 and the connection drops if I stop the machine for more than 30 seconds. Sometimes the connection drops during a set. It’s really annoying and I will probably look for a new solution once I’m back in the office full time.
