I am trying to download the app but every time I try to make an account and finish it it doesn’t work . Every time I click restore purchase it doesn’t work
Great Content, Bad App Experience
I really love Emily Skye’s content for fitness and nutrition, especially for pregnancy and postpartum. I’m 3/3 using these plans to stay fit before and after giving lbirth to my babes and have used the normal workouts between kids too. They’re all fabulous. And I’ve also found some of my favorite recipes on here. However the app experience has been going downhill. It’s progressively gotten more glitchy and I’m often having to close the app and reopen it to get things to work again. I can hardly ever cross meals off on my planner which isn’t really the biggest deal ever but does really aggravate me. (I’m a big checklist person) The content is good enough that I still pay for the app and have no plans to quit using it unless it truly becomes unusable but I do wish the experience were smoother.

Unreliable
I have used this program several years because I liked the recipes & the workouts were good but the app frequently freezes or has issues but with the latest”update” they did, it won’t work at all for the conveniences you pay for like making your shopping lists & it won’t change measurement conversions from metric so I have to manually do the conversions. No help when reaching out to site for a fix.

Ever since the update you are now unable to play the workout video while also playing music or YouTube. Please fix this issue! Thank you!
Staff would not be able to fixed my app issue
I paid my membership last July 2025. And for the past 9 days I haven’t been able to used. I been sending email to the staff support. But they haven’t been able to fixed the problem. They only said they scaled the issue to somebody on the company and I haven’t have a proactive response. I send everything pictures of the issue, pictures of my annual payment of my membership. And nothing.
I really like the exercise that the app of Emily had. But is very disappointing and frustrating that nobody of the staff of the company is able to fixed the problem.
And I can even ask for a refund since I’m in Mexico and this is an international company.
I wish they were more thoughtful and proactive.
