Unfortunately credit card support is bad, cash back misleading, Apple pay addition is almost impossible, technical knowledge is weak. Not recommended.

التطبيق معلق وعندي مديونيه اذا جيت اسجل دخول يقول خطا تقني والمشكله ذي لها فوق الـ٣ اسابيع .. تواصلت معهم على رقمهم والرد الالي يرفع الضغط يطولها وهي قصيره ، مافيه خدمه التواصل مع موظف الا بعد مايحقق معك الرد الالي وما ادري ليه ماتخلون زر اختصار للتواصل مع الموظف .. ويوم تواصلت معهم قالو ترفع ايميل ورفعة ضغط حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم واذا تاخرت بالسداد بيضرون اسمي في سمة

تم طلب تمويل واتفاجى عند توقيع العقود تم وضع رقم ايبان باسم شخص اخر ⁉️ الطبيعي الاواصل مع خدمة العملاء للنظر في الموضوع وايجاد حلول مناسبه للعميل وتوضيح السبب والتعديل ولكن للاسف الموظفين الذين قامو بالرد على اتصالي غير متعاونين وما هم حافطين الا جمله وحده ماعندي شي اقدر اساعدك فيه اكثر شي زعلني ان الموضوع في نظرهم شي عادي وبسيط جدا والحمدالله على كل حال هذي تجربتي مع البرنامج ولا نصح فيه نهائيا

worst financing company ever
I don’t recommend them they have big issues with application I waited over a month to receive my credit card
Too much lagging
The app keeps lagging despite updates, there are too many updates, and payment for “some reason” becomes difficult on the due date.
Excellent service
Amazing app to have , easy go way of getting financial support. How i wish the app can be accessible while outside Riyadh.

Abroad
The app stopped working abroad suddenly. It happened on more than 1 device and in different countries.
Too much delay in process
I don’t understand where in the world it takes 10 business days to process the application, even most of financial providers in KSA does offer same service in 2-3 days, initially app says 72 hrs but when you sign contract and everything you get a surprise of subsequent processes taking atleast ten days. I don’t know what to call this but this is not good and not transparent process

Worst bank in the world
Honestly one of the worst banks in the world, worst customer service I have ever seen experienced in my life and the app is not good at all. Before I tried to apply for credit card the customer support told me that I couldn’t for a reason I won’t disclose, I said that doesn’t seem right to me she said oh that’s what the administration told us, I applied thought the app and got accepted. After I got accepted I had to wait 24 hours for my card to come out, I called customer support and they said I can only add my card to apple wallet, my type of credit card does not come as a plastic card. Then I called again later asking another person the same question she said I can (miss information). I tried adding my card to apple wallet but I can’t for some reason I contacted the bank and they said I have to wait another 24 hours after I waited and it wouldn’t add I filed a official complaint to the administration so they can fix my problem. They said it would take around 5 days so I waited 5 days and still no response now it’s been 6 days and it’s close to the 28th and I have not use my card (which will ruin my credit score) and they don’t know how to fix it even though it’s their fault/problem. Furthermore this is effecting my credit score and I have nothing to do with it. Wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone who wants to join it even though they provide things better than the other banks, it is not worth the trouble I promise you. ( oh who ever is responding to this from the bank don’t tell me to contact customer support, they are terrible and do not know how to fix a problem)
