Just what I needed

I’m so grateful. This app is taking my journey into journaling to a whole new dimension. I’d be thrilled to have this available for my MacBook and desktop. Thank you for making this amazing app so affordable.

Excellent Journalling Application for Multiple Perspectives

This is a great app to use to discuss concepts with yourself from multiple perspectives, for various different reasons, from IFS to DID, to just testing our how messages to others could look like. This is exactly what I had pictured when looking for an app regarding this stuff, and can’t recommend it enough!

Trying this new app, I have been looking for something just like this so I can explore my multiple parts, looking to learn how to accept and explore things on my own and also as a help in therapy. I’m now on my 2nd day of this app and finding it very useful. The only recommendation at this point would be to add mood tracker and an added feature where you can rate your own moods on a scale

So helpful to explore different “parts” of the self

I am so glad that I found this app! It is so useful to explore parts of the self and expand dialogue with parts. Initially it is challenging as awareness between parts hasn’t really been developed, but sticking with it is so rewarding. Highly recommended as an excellent therapeutic app!

Excellent app

Well designed; easy to use. Happy journaling!
