This app have been a life saver no more paperwork it does all the work for you. Customer support is amazing! Empathy is the app family can interact with the caregivers and see who is working with their loved one’s. Empathy is just not a shift, timesheet, nor payroll is all in one app all together.
Can’t setup account
Downloaded this app but can’t setup an account. I accepted the invitation and entered my email address and the app says “no such caregiver exists “ duhhh how can I exist if I can’t setup an account.
