App is useless, service is good
Initially I was able to use the app, now I get an error every time I try to open it.
Extremely Buggy
I have not been able to use this app to pay my bill ever and now can rarely use it to even see my bill in the first place. Just about every time I instead have to go through their website which isn’t bad. However, my review of their app is by no means a reflection of their service in which I have been nothing but satisfied.
