Terrible app and stupid
You always have to login on this app every time you use it and has a dumb excuse saying they can’t connect. Meaning you cannot login. This app really need to improve a lot of things.

Worst app , deleted and download again, still giving the same connection issue, who made this app???
App doesn’t even work
This app is always so glitchy with everything including login with every use even though I check to have it remember me, it’s hard to navigate, and always moving super slow. On top of the fact that when the app is working it sucks, it has been down for over a week now and myself and my coworkers have not been able to login and it says something about them experiencing a connection issue try again later. It’s a week later and still doesn’t work

No option for Password Reset
Does ANYONE know how to reset your password? There is no option!!!
Less Than Useless
When everything runs on being able to prove employment status and history, this app is damaging to a person’s financial snd physical life. You cannot access the app 50-90% of the time, and there is no remedy to being locked out. I cannot currently access my stubs or history. You can’t rent an apartment without this kind of proof. This lack of access creates a real and dangerous barrier to a person’s physical safety. Someone needs to report this company to the FTC. Either fix your product, or close your company and let a better developer take on the business.

I have been not able to sign in the app for long time… not sure what happened.
Can’t log in after 3 years of use
Have had this app for 3 years now never had an issue till now now it keeps telling me system issues and invalid login when I try to log in, I can’t view any of my stuff
Useless
Never can log in. Always says having issues! I think I have been able to log in approximately 2x!!!! Why even bother!!! I can’t get a paper copy of my check and I’m about to blow a gasket. This has to be illegal to withhold information from employees!!!

I’ve used the app for years, tried to login and it says invalid credentials, all the credentials have never changed, there is no option to reset password. Please fix this.
Not a good App
I’ve used this app for my paystubs for 2 years, and yesterday it just stopped working. I can login on the web version but the UI is TERRIBLE. Overall pretty bad app, only using it because it’s the app my company chose. Also, do NOT lose your password, it’s almost impossible to reset.
This is the worst app EVER designed
Nothing functions properly, or at all, bad design, crashes, and doesn’t even let you log on half the time, haven’t been able to see my pay stubs in so long because the site won’t even work! Same with all my other coworkers, so it’s not my login. DONT get this. Seriously.
Horrible minimalist application
Not only is there barely any features at all for employees (i am one) but nothing really works correctly. For one the app never remembers you it always forces you to put in your password, another is the fact that even though your password is correct it will tell you it’s invalid and that the system is experiencing issues. There’s other small things as well like for example the paystubs don’t include your name or address on it for other company’s that might actually need this information and you can’t give exact proof of it being that paystub unless you asked your employer directly for a physical paper copy. Overall there’s just so many problems between small big and lacking, i checked the last update time for the application and it was over a year ago not only that but just a minor patch which is ridiculous for employers that use this because the employees get the bare minimum of what you actually need the app for. nobody wants it just to check there paystub they want it for all other top notch features that would actually prove useful rather then adding stuff that isn’t at all helpful. please fix your application.

Horrible Ui
Good luck getting into this app if you don't know your password. There's not an option through the app to reset it, and the browser version says it will send a link to your email. 5 reset requests and an hour later and still no reset link. I have no way to access what I need.
No way to send for forgotten password
Since the update 4 months ago I can no longer send for forgotten password or username cause there is no option to do so. Now this app is useless since I can no longer get on it.
Useless
The app doesn’t work. I can log in online but when I put the same log in credentials to the app, it says ‘invalid credentials’. Frustrating and useless.
Horrible
This app is the worst! It send no notifications. After logging in a few times, it now says my password is incorrect and there is no place to reset or recover password. This is the second time I’ve had to contact accounting for our company for help with this app in a months time.
Locked out!
I've had this app for almost 3 years with NO complaints until now. Everytime my phone updates I have to enter the password. I keep remember me. I mean everyone has a lot of passwords. Problem is there isn't a way to reset the password without logging into the app. 99% of apps if you fail to enter the password you will be given the option to reset it. NOPE ! Not here you can't. Someone help me! I need access to my paystubs.

Half the time it doesn’t let you log in, keeps saying incorrect credentials but then hours later works fine. Crashes all the time!
