Purchases don’t work and won’t restore
I’m so disappointed in this app. I decided to try the 3 month subscription but it didn’t unlock any content. I can make playlists, but only with the tracks that were already free. If I click on any of the others it prompts me to subscribe again. I’ve restored purchases within the app multiple times with no luck. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It appears that the only way to contact support is through the iPhone native mail app, which I don’t use or even have installed. Their support page doesn’t even list an email address, it literally is just a link that opens the mail app that I don’t want to install or use.
The free content is fine in quality. I had hopes this would be a good fit for me but it’s provided nothing but increased frustration.

Takes money and doesn’t unlock extra
I purchased the month subscription to see what it was like and to see if it would help with my emetophobia. It took my money and didn’t unlock any of the other options. I tried deleting the app several times but it kept saying my payment was unsuccessful even though the money has been taken out of my bank and the subscription is active in my settings. It’s not easy to find contact details to speak to someone so will go through apple to get my money. Frustrated and disappointed as I feel like this could have been an amazing app.

This is a great app and when I remember to use it regular always feel grounded & balanced afterwards, would recommend giving it a try
App needs updating.
I purchased a subscription to unlock the emetophobia content whilst in the middle of a pretty horrendous panic attack and felt it may help. They took my money but the content never unlocked. Weeks of backward and forwarding to get help, they’ve finally stopped replying to my emails and I’ve had to get a refund from Apple. They kept telling me to restore purchases but it didn’t work, even deleted the app several times but still nothing. Reckon this had potential to be a really helpful app that I would’ve eventually spent a lot more money on but this has put me off.

Its ok, but I find the music too loud, it would be better if there was an option to adjust it, I would prefer the voice louder instead.
