Relaxing!
The hypnosis sessions are so relaxing!! I fall asleep almost every time! I’m only on day two so I still have quite a ways to go but so far so good!
Terrible customer support
Purchased the one month unlock content and it did not unlock. Contacted customer support several times with zero response. Lost my money on this one.

I need to use this consistently to see if I start making the changes I want, but just the guided mediations alone calm my anxious over active mind to get me to relax enough to sleep. I would recommend this to anyone who has sleep problems.

Downloaded the app and thought it would work for me. I purchased the extras but it didn't work. I emailed twice and no reply. Would not purchase !

Paid for it but content not unlocked
I sent an email to support explaining that I had been charged for a 2 month subscription but the content is not unlocked even after I click restore purchase. I never received a response. So I guess that’s just money down the drain
New to the Software
Just starting off this is what I noticed...1) there are no instructions so it’s a little confusing. Which makes it hard to relax & get into the meditation because I am focused on if I am doing it correctly. 2) I created a playlist but after every “song”/“topic” it wakes you up. I wish it would keep you in the meditative state and just move into the next topic but maybe there is a reason for that? But it’s hard going in and out of meditative state. 3) I am using the paid version so I paid after playing with the free & was hoping by paying this would solve something’s.
*i will check back & let you know how it works. Although I am using another app that lets you meditate then go to sleep without being woken up. Which would be a great option here to get that last bit in. After a workout, hot shower, under the covers, perfect environment to get into deep meditative state. I just wanted to try something new.
