Can’t log in
Error messages tell you to tap on non existent buttons, web portal allowed me to enter a 6 character security answer, but mobile app says I need more characters. And while minor, copyright date is 6 years stale, what else is overlooked?. Ugh.
This app is trash
Slow, doesn’t load, confusing to navigate. Altogether trash.
Can find employer
My employer said we could use this app but then it doesn’t even find my company. Worthless
Not able to login in
I tried to log in several times, and it is sending a verification code only Gods knows where. There is not a phone number for customer service and it is frustrating to deal with such a low quality app.

I was able to locate my company easily and enroll without any issues.
I really appreciate having all of my family’s benefit information at my fingertips.
The only issue I encountered was upon reviewing my personal healthcare benefits, it shows I am enrolled in a fertility program I’ve never heard of? I’m not sure where this information came from but my children are both grown and I am definitely not, nor have I ever been affiliated with a fertility health plan. I am also pretty confident it is not a benefit option my company offers.
