Can’t log in
Error messages tell you to tap on non existent buttons, web portal allowed me to enter a 6 character security answer, but mobile app says I need more characters. And while minor, copyright date is 6 years stale, what else is overlooked?. Ugh.
This app is trash
Slow, doesn’t load, confusing to navigate. Altogether trash.

My employer said we could use this app but then it doesn’t even find my company. Worthless
Not able to login in
I tried to log in several times, and it is sending a verification code only Gods knows where. There is not a phone number for customer service and it is frustrating to deal with such a low quality app.
Handy Benefit App
I was able to locate my company easily and enroll without any issues.
I really appreciate having all of my family’s benefit information at my fingertips.
The only issue I encountered was upon reviewing my personal healthcare benefits, it shows I am enrolled in a fertility program I’ve never heard of? I’m not sure where this information came from but my children are both grown and I am definitely not, nor have I ever been affiliated with a fertility health plan. I am also pretty confident it is not a benefit option my company offers.

Needs fixing
I downloaded the app and I tried to register. It won’t even click on the register and I don’t have an account so I tried to register however when I click on register, nothing happens

This is the worst app ever. Can’t login, routes me to their website and slams a 404 error. Ridiculous - and yet sends me text messages to look at outstanding items only available in the app!
Can’t view any bills due to lag
Apparently, I have a bill due for medical care I received a few months ago, but I have no way of viewing the bill within the app because it lags so bad. It asks me for my phone number but won’t take in any information. I cannot recommend this app. I can’t even get anything done with it

Doesn’t work
Many problems with this app. You need to find a qualified software programmer to start over with this app.
Useless app
Not allowing me to login. It requires two factor authentication but not allowing me to configure the steps. Wasted more than an hour trying to.
Disappointed
I downloaded this app to track my information when I am not at work. The app asks me to enter my employer, but my employer is not found. Deleted the app.
Can’t log in
I found my company, logged in with my ID and password then it asked for a verification code. Where do I get the verification code. So flustered!
Incredibly disappointing
I get texts for updated bills but it never lets me login. Even with Face ID enabled it doesn’t let me in. Then when I try to get my username and password to login it tells me I don’t exist even though it has my info in the system since it sends me texts and I have my login info noted down on paper as well. If I could give this app negative stars I would have. Don’t bother using this app.

What’s the Point?
Literally the worst unusful app ever. Whats the point here? All it does is tell you what coverage you have. There’s nothing searchable there’s no information like what is the point of this app?
Can’t even register. Doesn’t work.
The New User Registration screen asks for First name, Last name, DOB, and Employee ID. When you hit Submit, it throws an error saying “SSN should be 9 digits with no dashes”. Uh what?! It didn’t ask me for the SSN! And then if I delete the employee id and put in my SSN it can’t find me. Pretty useless. Didn’t get past the registration screen. Deleting the app. Will use the website. Ugh!

I keep trying to login on my phone and computer but I need the app. Won’t let me login tried changing my password, called HR, they said the manager would have to reset it and she doesn’t know how too
