They will lowball you
They are some very horrible dispatchers
Empire national is horrible
Never get with this company, most loads will be for 0.70 cents on the dollar and they don’t care that owner operators have to pay for fuel, maintenance and insurance, these people are so greedy that if you ask for anything above .085 cents you won’t get a load for days maybe weeks,

Good pay
This company paying is way better then DispatchLand company
Distance map in latest version of app is not helpful
Update the map in app as other dispatch app in helpful way. Latest update map in app is really messed up. And update app with auto tracking. Manual update location for drivers is really distracting while driving in high traffic, at the speed around 80mph or in bad weather.

Whenever you add stuff to make it better you somehow manage to make it worse than it currently is. It lags the notifications are delayed , if you cannot figure it out please pay a good company to fix it don’t be cheap

No experience in transportation business their dispatchers. They are very rude and never reply to your messages on bidding. I don’t recommend anyone to work with them.

The application have inconsistent like distance for pick up, and when any one text to the Dispachs on the app take longer to we can see any response from the Dispachs.
Do not work for this company
If you’re interesting in being an owner operator, this is the last company I would recommend working for. You won’t make even half of what they advertise you will. You will be driving for 0.75/mi and end up losing money in the long run for the cost of insurance, vehicle maintenance, time, etc. You would make more money working at McDonalds than driving for empire. The greediest brokers I have ever encountered. They will take 50% of what the shipper is willing to pay, and won’t even submit a bid if they don’t make as much as you do. I promise it’s worth it to get your own DOT number and truly start working for yourself. Empire brokers are absolute vultures. This is the lowest of the low.

Radius feature and miles out to PU/Del
The app is getting somewhat better but not perfect yet, fency interface and multiple unnecessary buttons, but no additional setting features. I have reported the radius feature to be implemented for a year now and nothing has been done yet. The drivers are getting loads offered from 200-300 miles away and not from the area where they are, which should make more sense to drive and pick a close offered load vs. something in another state (while being in MI, loads are offered from IL or WI). The same function is included on the Altek Driver app and works perfectly fine, selecting loads offered for up to certain miles away and that’s it…the closer the better, quicker pickup and sooner on the road to delivery.

Very annoying app,
Please fix at least Notification… When new load is coming, not showing full info. And every time need to open the App. That’s very annoying... and make it easier to delete Old loads please
“Need chat option”
Before bidding drivers should be able to communicate with dispatchers for better understanding about the load. I had dispatcher report me for changing the rate after finding out it was citizenship needed load, it wasn’t mentioned in the first place tho..miscommunication will grow distrusts between the driver and dispatcher.

Please improve
We drivers hope that this app would be less annoying. Example: notifications when first time showing is just notifications without any information but when Load is covered its showing full info. But need first info first.2nd its old loads could stay forever, not disappear automatically, and takes lot of time to remove it.
