Does not work effectively
Whilst the App looks "pretty" functionality is at best limited, competitors apps are far more functional. Failure to allow payment or transfers, access support with an acceptable time period suggests that the app was designed for image over function

The app is a disaster
It never works. And it hardly ever sends notifications to my online banking on my laptop to allow to do any actual online banking. I can log into the app for a couple of weeks then bam I get a ‘failure’ message using the exact same login details. The bank tells me to delete and re-download. Brilliant. Only in 2023 and this app does that need to happen. It worked once. Now I can’t log I. Again for 24 hours to my own bank to access my own money. Delete this app and go back to the old one. At least it wasn’t broken and tug could actually do more on it.
It’s also not possible to download statements in excel.

Very bad customer service
My debit was used fraudulently which i reported straightaway, but the bank takes so much time to respond and still have not resolved my issue

There is absolutely no way of contacting the bank. Customer service is non existent

Pop up promotions constantly. I hate feeling like a sales target ALL the time. Inter-Personal accounts transfer now hidden under send money; first step to select amount, reverts to 0 in the second step account.

I find the app is not tuned to allow customers to complain. Its so difficult that one tends to get fedup and leave it halfway

There should be an option for us to also send messages, I wanted to request to receive an account statement again and I cant
