Cannot login to ENBD from my MacBook
I’ve been trying to login to ENBD X on my MacBook but cannot do so. Tried checking on my phone to find a chat agent. Cannot do that either. Very disappointing???

No customer support available on chat. Removed WhatsApp support too. No answer from calls.
Terrible user experience
Horrible to navigate you cannot dictate on the message. Chats response time is slow or incompetence bad communication, slow, and I’ve had an investigative case for 9 mths+ and still not resolved- and having to deal with the message chat wall is horrible
KYC processing time
I’m waiting for the KYC process to be completed. All my documents are up to date, and have been up to date before you blocked my account. If my account is not fully restored by Friday I will be forced to find a new banking partner.
Customer Service Messaging - Dissapointing
Very difficult to get in touch with the agents through Messaging. After waiting for a few days got a vague response which obviously did not help me. Response time is rather disappointing.
