Terrible new app
This last upgrade to the app was VERY BAD !!!!

Illogical + spammy
Pop up promotions constantly. I hate feeling like a sales target ALL the time. Inter-Personal accounts transfer now hidden under send money; first step to select amount, reverts to 0 in the second step account.

Lack of complain feature
I find the app is not tuned to allow customers to complain. Its so difficult that one tends to get fedup and leave it halfway

There should be an option for us to also send messages, I wanted to request to receive an account statement again and I cant

Very smooth and user-friendly app. Easy to transfer money, pay bills, and manage accounts. Fast service and secure transactions. Highly recommended!
Annoying
Doesn’t always give the notification needed to authorise payments, always has the same in app notifications trying to get me to invest or open accounts, no way to contact customer service through a chat or messaging service - very annoying if you’re abroad

Authorize with app steps
Hard to find the authorization on the app. No immediate visual pending message… need to search where the message is hidden. Very poorly designed compared to other banks. Fix this annoyance

Waiting for my card for a week and they lie and don’t attend the delivery and now won’t answer the phone! I’ve been in 3 times now with nothing done! Do not use

App has transition but unable to locate at previous messages. No idea where my transaction disputes are at this moment. Outstanding for 10 months no response and now the app has erased all my previous communications Terrible and user experience nowhere to get help and support clearly it’s all dropped on menus that don’t always seem irrelevant

Cannot login to ENBD from my MacBook
I’ve been trying to login to ENBD X on my MacBook but cannot do so. Tried checking on my phone to find a chat agent. Cannot do that either. Very disappointing???
