Confused
Hi idk why I can’t login to the mobile app but online I can that’s how I pay my bill but when I try to login with my username and password it says that is wrong what’s going on

I love First Financial Credit Union. Many years of outstanding service. Always very responsive to questions, and quick to resolve issues. This app on my iPad is very helpful for managing my accounts. If you bank here I’d recommend using it.
Mobile deposit glitch
Mobile deposits stopped working (“amount” field returned error message and submit button stayed greyed out no matter what value entered, decimals etc)
The application crashes
This is a very poorly executed application. One cannot make a mobile deposit. Once you take a photo of the front of the check, it skips to the next screen without an opportunity to take the back. This happens over and over and over. Deserved 0 stars
Finally!
The new update has finally brought this app to the 21st century by allowing fingerprint and face detection to log in. It is now a fully functioning app that I’ enjoy using.
