Not satisfied
It’s not possible to add a second patient to the app (a child or a senior). Notifications about newly available appointments don’t work, every time I open one of them, it’s not there, even when I do it instantly.
Waiting lists don’t work
Every time I get a notification about an available appointment from my waiting list, after 0.05 sec I log in to the app, the appointment is already unavailable. It’s physically impossible that someone already made an appointment. What’s the point of this feature if it doesn’t work?
Horrible service levels to an extend that it is unbearable
Horrible service levels to an extend that it is unbearable. Don’t respond calls, hang up when you say you speak English - despite that you pick English and have English profile.
An avg of 40 plus calls to get through to set one appointment.
And if you pick call back - they might call you back. But they don’t let it ring once - but it counts as returned.
If this service was offered in any modern country they would be out of business within days

Scheduling is convenient but the waitlist function is misleading
Very convenient to schedule appointments and pay.
The waitlist function though leaves a lot to admire. I got a notification that a spot opened and clicked it literally a few seconds after only to get a note saying it was already booked. Had this experience multiple times already.

Missing important features
1-Missing the ability to add multiple accounts on the same device and switch between them easy like Luxmed.
2-The waiting list notifications is not saying which consultation is available which is confusing if you have multiple consultations on the waiting list.
3-The blood test results could better and integrated inside the app instead of just opening the PDF file.
And would be great to see which results are good or bad easily.

W porządku ale czasami złe
Czas od czasu mogę zarezerwować wizytę, ale była że z listy rezerwacji jest powiadomienie o nowym terminie, a tam nic nie ma, albo jak było dzisiaj „wolny termin o 9:00, 9 września” kiedy teraz jest 9:00 9 września 😄. Please fix it…
Lots and lots of bugs
Basic functionality works most of the time but lots of things are flaky at best. Face ID stopped working long time ago (only app where it does not work), waiting lists are one big joke. The availability of appointments is also much different that on the web portal. The app has potential but requires a lot of fixes first. You can see how serious the devs are treating it just by reading the patch notes, which don’t mention anything specific and are the same for each version….

Waiting list notifications
Please fix the waiting list notifications that are (more often than not) misleading. :(
Access to doctors’ calendars after booking a visit would be helpful too.
Confirming the attendance in the app doesnt always work either.
On the other hand, the prescriptions and results are easy to navigate. :)

Each update is worse
Each update of the app logs me out, forcing to log in again, which is a nightmare especially when I’m in the center and want to confirm my visit. App sends notification even when I’m logged out and now when I try to log in it doesn’t even go beyond login screen 🫣 this is ridiculous
App logging out
From some time now the app is logging me out constantly, even 3 times a day and requires me to log in with password. Don’t know what happened, but it is really annoying

Aplikacja wylogowuje i zawsze trzeba ponownie sie logować. Nie da ustawić się domyślnych filtrów, pokazuje dostępne terminy a po kliknięciu pokazuje, że są nie dostępne. A to tylko początek problemów z aplikacją. Brak czatu z lekarzem, gdzie konkurencja oferuje taką opcję.
Non stop pushes
Start getting a lot of pushes about my waiting list but it’s constantly no a waiting list reservation became available. I understand somebody can book it but it’s already a week and a push each hour

Logs me out randomly and I have to go through the whole set up all over again.
Waiting lists are limited in functionality, it’s hard to get a good appointment.
Most of the doctors are unavailable 100% of the time, and you can only get an appointment with some new, unrated one.

Bad service, application is even worst
Very unclear what’s included in that package and why the extra payed options appear as the only available doctors appointments. Once I called them the consultant was screaming at me whereas I asked Justa simple question of what’s included in the package. To summarise: hard to book appointment as application is not intuitive; very few doctors available- basically for every specialist doctor you need to wait 2-3 weeks. Avoid this company if you can.

Poor experience
I keep getting logged out from the app almost every day.
To find a slot for any specialist is close to impossible. Somehow the app doesn’t show any availability while when I call, they are able to find some slots. Either the app is not working or there is some shady algorithm that preventing users to book the visit that is including in the package.

Not bad app
All in all, not a bad app. Has everything you need to sign up for a visit. Lower rating for the much needed signing up for a waiting list. This is a crucial part for almost all patients who are not finding a visit for themselves. And this option does not work for some time now.
No option to add an appointment manually to the calendar
When you book an appointment in the app it appears automatically in the calendar however when you make an appointment via phone or want to add it in another mobile phone, there is no option to do that. Please consider adding this option to the app.

You have to test it better
Sometimes it is impossible to remove notification count from app icon, filters doesn’t show existing visits… In general previous application was much better.
