A lot of catching up to do
Was good at first but the iOS update makes this fairly redundant now.
No longer does iOS support “older” widgets. Therefore you have to go into the app, select a device then turn it on. One by one. It’s painfully inefficient - I’m almost positive I could switch the actual light on myself faster.
The automations as everyone else says are also fairly pointless.
App needs serious investment to be worth downloading.

Love the product BUT having huge issues keeping it online
I love the product ,but having huge issues trying to keep the doorbell+camera online ,,doorbell is a 2m maybe a bit more ,,, I have a 1 gb line but i keep getting told my network is unstable , yet its fine for my other cameras ,which are solid as a rock ,,,, i have both 2.4g and 5g plus a 2.4g guest network with just the camera on ,yet i still in more cases cannot establish a good line to the doorbell ,when it works it works great, problem is it show offline more than on line

Connection
Can only connect to doorbell camera via WiFi, mobile data connection has stopped for some reason
All good for several years but not now…
It all worked more or less fine with 2 smart bulbs for several years, but unfortunately not now…I mean the App was ok, not great, poor English and sometimes hard to follow, but it worked. Then I needed to reset one bulb and it was impossible to pair. The issue seemed to be that it couldn’t handle concurrent 2.4 and 5ghz Wi-Fi, telling me I needed to rename 2.4 (which it uses) for it to work. I don’t want to rename 2.4 and have to reinstall all the many other devices I have that all work fine. So I’ve decided to ditch these bulbs and move to TP Link Tapo smart bulbs, which if my other TP Link devices are anything to go by, should be a a more reliable choice with a better App.

Not great.
I tried logging in which worked, then I tried to pair my camera and it was looking promising but it they proceeded to say that the camera was already paired with another device, but I am that other device and it would not let me unpair it. Very stressful and disappointing.
1 gang smart switch
Having looked at all the different types of switches around this looked liked the best bet, easy to install , looks fab and fits in a standard wall socket. Connects so simply and works a treat. Highly recommended
ENERJSMART
Excellent camera , well made I’m very happy with the camera
As good as ring
Half the price and just as good 5 stars
Ding dong that’s my doorbell.
Had the wireless doorbell for a while now and very happy with it and the functionality of the app. Looking to add more units to my smart home now.
Great little device
I’ve had the smart switch for over a year now. I use it for my outdoor lights. I have the app set to turn the lights on and off in sync with the sunrise and sunset.
It works every time and means it’s one less thing to worry about.
I’m thinking of other devices I could control with another switch

ENER-J
Excellent reliable and versatile range of control of lights and power within the house and in the garden
Disappointed
I have downlighting in my home and use the app to control the lights, turning them on an off and dimming them, I had to update things inside the app firmware it won’t update so I can’t use my lights, I have a very very good Internet connection. I have full fibre, everything else in my Homeworks from my Wi-Fi other than this, when l look at the host it’s smart321.com but whatever search engine I use it tells me web page not available, host can not be found,

Terrible
Badly designed app. Device keeps turning itself off. More hassle than it’s worth.
Smart Scenes is essentially useless
The smart scenes functionality to automate products is almost redundant.
I have panel heaters which I want to schedule to come on and turn off at certain times of the day but the automations only activate if and when the temperature changes, so if the temperature doesn’t change the smart scene automation doesn’t activate even though it’s a timed automation and not a temperature automation and so makes it essentially useless, it never works.
My job is a BMS engineer, I work with BMS systems all day and have never come across an automated systems as illogical as how this works. It’s simple logic coding, I don’t know how they have managed to get it so wrong

Very slow
Very slow and annoying
Good but fragile
Connected to my hot tub so I only power it up when my solar panels produce electricity.
Occasionally needs resetting, has to be done on the unit itself, not viable if you are on holiday or away from the home.

Minor issues
The app controls the lights pretty well, however, I have experienced some minor issues where I select a particular light to operate, and the app opens a different light to the one I selected.
I do, however, have a big issue with the lights themselves. It looks as though there are 3 LEDs per section , I have 4 sets of lights installed around my ceiling, and on 3 of them, the blue LED has dimmed or gone completely (a section of 3 LEDs only) after only a few uses. I’ve had one replacement set so far and after just 2 uses, another section of Blue LEDs have already dimmed). So when using blue, you can clearly see a section of dim lights or no lights at all. If I select another colour the uses blue to make up the colour, you clearly see a different colour, eg if pink is selected, I see sections of red because pink is made up of blue and red. Has anyone else experienced this or does the manufacturer know why this is happening?

Poor connectivity
Have had this for over a year now. It works fine when someone presses the bell. Trying to connect at any other time works about 1 in 3 regardless of whether am using wifi or 4G/5G or if the feed is set to HD or SD. Get used to seeing “establishing encrypted channel…” a lot before it simply decides not to.
