Wallet money useless can’t buy itunes card &the app asks for updates without any updates on appstore
Well, it crashs alot & shows msg “ SLL pinning worng validation, then takes you to update page on app store where you find no updates there! i have added 40 kd to buy itune card & simply it says the wallet can’t buy it & i have to call them. useless app.
Worst app
This app is so bad it crashed allot !! For me

معاملتهم سيئه تطلب المساعده والحل من عندهم لان حظرتهم عطوني رمز مستخدم دفعت .٢ دولار حق ايتونز يقولون تواصلو بالبريد الالكتروني ولمن تتواصل معاهم عشان يحلون المشكله او يرجعون لك فلوسك يردون ان بنحاول نحل المشكله وتمر الايام ويحقرونك ولا يساعدون بالحل عالاقل ردولي فلوسي ؟!

نأسف عزيزي لتجربتك و لكن دائما يتم ارجاع المبلغ في حال لم تحصل على الخدمة، يمكنك التحدث الى المدير المسؤول في حالة عدم حصولك على الخدمة في الوقت المناسب
Kiosk issue
I paid using their kiosk machine ang they only took the money and didnt settle my bill called the customer service and dont know what to do. Service is very bad not recommended believe me

الدفع لشركة الامانة لا يعمل
عند محاولة الدفع لشركة الامانه و وضع الرقم المدني يضل مؤشر الانتظار ولا يحدث شيئ

The worst service I've ever had! I deducted the amount from my account and did not receive the code on my mail !! Are you looting people's money? I will send my complaint to Apple company!!! Moreover My previous comment has been deleted !! This is very bad

نأسف للتجربة السيئة و لكن اذا تواصلت على البريد الالكتروني سيتم خدمتك في اسرع وقت و في العادة يتم استبدال البطاقة او ارجاع المبلغ

This application collects money today and sends your voucher code the second day, when you are in no need of the voucher anymore
Horrible customer service
Don’t bother with this application when there are others who are cheaper and more reliable. Ordered a $10 code because it was sold out in most other websites and they took money out of my account and never gave me cash. Called them to sort it they asked for a fax confirmation, did as they told and said the system didn’t get the money so no $10 code for you. They will keep finding ways to delay you and not give you back your money or provide you a code.

I buy from ur application PayPal voucher and put it in the (direct-topup )site that u send me but till now I didn't received any money in my PayPal account!! That mean ur application just colect money from ppl with wrong voucers ??!!

Sometimes the issue comes from service provider. We always give money back if service not provided.

Itunes crashing EVERYTIME i put my year of birth, the older version is A LOT better..
Horrible customer care
They deducted the money from my account even though the transaction failed and refused to put it back into my bank account! Instead they made me go to their location to pick up the money ! Very bad customer care representative!
