Stopped working
Was great when it worked but now I get a “you need to be 50 feet from the clinic to check in” when standing inside the clinic to check in and no one knows what to do so it’s useless now.
Unusable. Cant get past login screen anymore.
I upgraded my phone from an iPhone 8 to 16. The app worked fine on my 8. But now when I try to sign in to my engage app , I put in the phone number , password, it sends the security code to my phone and after I put in that code the keyboard stays and there’s no way to tap enter. I’ve taken my phone to my clinics manager and to sprint and both have said it’s the app, not the phone. So now I can’t get into my account at all because there’s no way to input the code or get past that screen. I’ve uninstalled a few times , reset my phone. I’ve tried everything i can think of and have been suggested to try in the past 2 months. My counselor has started seeing the same issue with other clients as well. This Needs to be addressed. I’m hoping they see this and can look into the issue, because there’s also no way to contact app support in the app.

CANNOT SAVE PAYMENT METHODS
Fix the app!!! This worked for a few times then nothing. It is useless if you can’t do the ONE thing it was made for… I have tried adding new payment on iOS and Android, neither work. The app isn’t even using up to date coding… It’s like they paid to have it made in 2008 then changed nothing ever again… FFS just fix it or shut it down…

Hate
I hate that the app updated! It keeps asking for a pin that it will not let me set then it asks for a code! I wish it would go back to the way it was because if I’m late I have to do all of that before I can check in and that slows us down
Recent minor bug fixes
In the past 2 weeks the app has worked horrible! It says your not in a 100 feet when your standing in the same spot you have always checked in. The minor fixes that were just completed have made it so much worse so fix whatever you did please!
