Stopped working
Was great when it worked but now I get a “you need to be 50 feet from the clinic to check in” when standing inside the clinic to check in and no one knows what to do so it’s useless now.
Unusable. Cant get past login screen anymore.
I upgraded my phone from an iPhone 8 to 16. The app worked fine on my 8. But now when I try to sign in to my engage app , I put in the phone number , password, it sends the security code to my phone and after I put in that code the keyboard stays and there’s no way to tap enter. I’ve taken my phone to my clinics manager and to sprint and both have said it’s the app, not the phone. So now I can’t get into my account at all because there’s no way to input the code or get past that screen. I’ve uninstalled a few times , reset my phone. I’ve tried everything i can think of and have been suggested to try in the past 2 months. My counselor has started seeing the same issue with other clients as well. This Needs to be addressed. I’m hoping they see this and can look into the issue, because there’s also no way to contact app support in the app.

CANNOT SAVE PAYMENT METHODS
Fix the app!!! This worked for a few times then nothing. It is useless if you can’t do the ONE thing it was made for… I have tried adding new payment on iOS and Android, neither work. The app isn’t even using up to date coding… It’s like they paid to have it made in 2008 then changed nothing ever again… FFS just fix it or shut it down…

Hate
I hate that the app updated! It keeps asking for a pin that it will not let me set then it asks for a code! I wish it would go back to the way it was because if I’m late I have to do all of that before I can check in and that slows us down
Recent minor bug fixes
In the past 2 weeks the app has worked horrible! It says your not in a 100 feet when your standing in the same spot you have always checked in. The minor fixes that were just completed have made it so much worse so fix whatever you did please!
Thief’s!
While making a payment through the app I got charged 1,515$ instead of 15!!!! Disputed with my bank and this company fought back saying a 1,500 payment isn’t unusual and that I made the payment!!!! Even though when I processed the payment in app it was 15$ but got charged 1,500!!!!

This app NEEDS UPDATED!!! Absolutely. It’s being slow and glitches out as I’m trying to check in. The iPhones come out soon again so there needs to be updates with this app!!!!!!
New phone number issues.
Do I have to create a new one as if I’ve never had an account t before each time I get a new phone number, or do I just change my number in the app once they do it in their system?
Worked until it doesn’t
This app worked amazing up until first part of August 2025. Now it asks for a pin # that I never set up then it wants me to log in every day. It used to stay logged in and actually save time. Now it’s faster to wait in line.
GARBAGE
Worst app in the world. Never works even when I’m in the building. Also multiple other issues.
Terrible app
Never had problems till recently with the app , but what ever is going on is causing me to log in in the queue and can’t do it on my iPhone
Logging me out
I haven’t had any trouble with this app until this week. Now I MUST log in every single time I want to use this app. It never done this before and now when I’m in the queue it logs me out and I must log in again to check my wait times. Not happy…..
Just a little advice
It’s a great app, helps me sign in and go right to the dosing window. I wish there was a window to show our appointments with counsler or if we have anything else before we get dosed. But overall it’s a good app.

Past two weeks now I go to login and get a pin message to unlock engage. So of course I can not do a thing. I have to delete the app and reinstall. I shouldn’t have to reinstall each week. Plz fix this. Thanks.
App is broken
The app worked great for a long time but lately there have been problems with payments not being credited to accounts, incorrect or invalid flags, etc. I am deleting it and will not be using it any longer.

Most of the time the clinic I go to ain’t using it but if I used it I found it convenient but not everyone don’t have a cell phone for the app have trouble learning it or ect..,

Ever since the snow last week. As of January 25th you can not check in at the coastal horizons in Wilmington Nc. This is making wait times ridiculous and making me constantly late for work. Please fix !!!

Stopped working
Used to work great as long as you were in range, now just spins and spins and doesn’t load anymore. Multiple weeks now and haven’t heard a single word about when it will be fixed. Used to be a big help now it’s worthless
