Can’t select a report type

Nothing comes up when searching for a report type

Very useful app

This has been very useful. I was able to report a street light outage where I live and for the street my son lives on. Very prompt attention was given with regular updates.
Once our trash was not collected, only ours was missed. I got a friendly response by calls, but really got someone’s attention through the app. After a day or two days of delays, as soon as I requested the trash pick up on the app, it was done.

Works well but crashes frequently

Works well to report issues. Has crashed at least twice on me in the last week of use. Click on menu item, app just closes.

[Update: still crashes and closes screen at times. Would be nice if there were a way to follow-up and reopen a existing ticket when the city doesn’t do anything. If a ticket gets closed immediately with a message saying it would be referred to another department, it would be nice there were an easy way to reopen the ticket six weeks later instead of starting over.]

Disappointing

After using it wants to turn in house party/Estatesale.johnnyb867

Limited usefulness

UPDATED REVIEW: I find this app fairly useless because they close service requests before the service is done, then they don’t actually do the work requested. I’ve experienced this 3 times. I can call the city to follow up on requests, but I could do that without having wasted my time submitting a request on an app. ORIGINAL REVIEW: It’s useful for reporting problems and for checking the holiday trash pickup schedule. There are menu choices for signing up for parks programs and I think for paying bills. It would be more useful if there were options for scheduling special service pickups such as bulky items or chemical waste. I tried to find a way to opt in to yard waste pickup using the app, but there’s no option.
