Once you set app up, and fund it, it’s fairly simple. Hardest part is remembering to get phone charged up prior to running down to do laundry-not the app’s fault. 😛

App Doesn’t Work
I live on a college campus. Our washing machines are down for my hall. I can’t send in a request for work to be done because the app always says the request failed to send. Machines have been down for weeks with nothing being done because of this. Reading other reviews gives me very little hope I’ll get a refund for the money spent on a broken machine as well…

My Laundry
I love using this app because it makes everything so easy! I can put in what I want and my laundry gets cleaned and dried. If anything goes wrong it can be fixed quickly and efficiently.

It’s convenient because it’s in apartment complex. Only thing is I wish they had like the cleaning supplies or we can clean it out before we wash the other than that I like it.
