App keeps failing
I can not tell you how many times I have literally had to “ redownload “ this app! I have lost it yet again and when you hit the support bar the site is not found!!!! I’m so sick of the lack of service you don’t get after buying this product. I have done everything to be able to sync my watch to app but it fails every time has this company folded or shut down this app??? Any knowledge would be appreciated!!!

Terrible product.
I was forced to purchase this band for a PE course for West Virginia University, which first of all is a waste of money since I already have an Apple Watch that perfectly tracks all my movements and workouts. But the school requires a Movband, so I got one. Not only did I have to buy the band but I had to buy a license for it as well, which is absolutely ridiculous. I bought the license and the company charged me twice for it, so naturally I emailed to get a refund because I did not need two licenses. I reached out multiple different ways, on multiple occasions, and NEVER received a response back. Very unprofessional of this company to not respond back at all. Moving on from the company not responding, the app is awful. Everyday I am supposed to sync my data for the class, and often times I will go to the app and it has logged me out. This didn’t start happening until a few weeks into owning the band. The app is also very slow to connect and takes forever to sync. I definitely do not recommend this product and I really wish it wasn’t mandatory for WVU, PE courses.

Horrible app
I don’t get why universities require this app. This app has so many problems they need to fix and there are so many better apps to be using. I would not recommend this app, they don’t even have a support team number. The only way to contact them is by email and you’d be lucky enough if they even respond to you. Good luck to anyone who’s required to use this for school and God speed to your grade.

This app helped me with so many things!
This app is one of the worst I have ever used
I have to use this for a class and it’s the majority portion of the grade but the app just doesn’t work a lot of the time. For a whole week the app crashed every time I opened it and would not sync. For a company based for schools it does a terrible job. The worst part is that when contacting cutover service they took over 4 days to respond and when they did, they consistently responded at the end of the day. Meaning that whenever I was following their instructions and trying to fix the issue they stopped responding at the end of the business day and never on the weekend. This app is unreliable and the the company is unresponsive and not a responsible producer. I would not recommend this product or app and would highly suggest petitioning your school to use a different company. This was the worst tech experience I have ever had.

Super frustrating
The app used to work decently ok, but now every time I open it to sync my steps, it completely crashes. I’m using this for a class where my steps count for a grade so the app not working negatively affects my grade.

The app crashes whenever I try and sync for steps. Truly one of the worst devices I’ve ever used. The support also won’t contact me with solutions for how to fix this. Do not waste your money and time with this product.

Quite possibly the worst bands EVER
I love the idea of these bands but they are just extremely unreliable. Unfortunately I was forced to use this band for a PE course, so failure of the band directly affected my grade in the class. The first malfunction was of the band. It disconnect from the app and would not reconnect. I reached out to Engage support, and they didn’t even know how to fix it. I ended up getting a whole new band only for the front tap button to stop working two weeks later. This wasn’t that much of an issue for me because the band still functioned normally, but then it stopped charging. I followed the instructions to the T, angling the band 45 degrees and gently pulling it off. The charging prongs are still intact, but when I plug it in it flashes on and off.
There is absolutely no reason for the band to not sustain daily use. The movband and engage company are the absolute worst, NEVER purchase the band or download this app.

Hate This App
Inaccurate and steps will disappear out of nowhere. I am using this class for a college course where 10,000 steps a day is required for 60% of our final grade. I have experienced things like steps disappearing out of nowhere, and steps not being calculated at all. 60% of a final grade is too important for a app to be acting this inaccurate. Highly recommend this company re-evaluate their technology or just get shut down all together.

Forced to buy it.
Forces to buy it for a PE course. Every time I try to sync data (which it should automatically without having to open the app and wait, every other fitness app can sync without needing to manually open the app) the app crashes multiple times which requires me to open and close it multiple times eventually for it to sync just so I can get my grade. The watch and advertisements say a single charge lasts 2 weeks but realistically it lasts 3-4 days. The measurements are completely inaccurate and the band will get torn apart within days by how cheap it is. If you really care about tracking fitness I highly suggest a Whoop band from personal experience.

Just okay
I am using it for a PE course and it’s just okay. I had some problems with setting it up and it was hard to try to get the band off. The set up process was very confusing as well. It only holds a charge for 5-6 days while my Fitbit held a charge for 1-2 weeks. The screen gets scratched very easily too. It also makes a green flashing light every 30mins and I don’t sleep in it so at night it’s weird . It has some things I like about it like some of the features. I like the fitness trackers and the blood pressure tracker. Overall it’s not too bad but I rather use my Fitbit

Just buy a Fitbit
I charged my moveband and it didn’t even turn on. This is obviously a rip off of Fitbit. Just buy a Fitbit instead of wasting your money. It literally looks like a Fitbit. This is a scam. Also it does not work very well and doesn’t save your steps. Don’t waste your time on this and just go find something else. One last thing, the band doesn’t hold a charge or even charge at a decent speed.

I use this for an online pe course and It almost NEVER saves my fitness logs. This means that I work out for over 90 minutes just to have this stupid app and band not log it, and my teacher basically telling me it’s my fault. I have to cross my fingers and basically PRAY TO THE GODS it logs my workout EVERYTIME. It’s so bad that I just bought a fitbit even though this was offered to us students that did not have a tracking device. Not to mention half the time it gives me the error, “Something went rong” LITERALLY WRONG IS SPELLED WRONG. This is just sad….

This app makes the class trash
The app constantly crashes. Sometimes it will delete my ENTIRE WEEKS WORTH OF STEPS. It’s a pain to get it to use an older band if you’re taking the class a second time to boost GPA. Engage is a terrible organization and should be among the ranks of facist Italy and communist China.
It’s okay
The band tracks steps somewhat accurately and monitors heart rate. It’s alright. My only problem is that it doesn’t automatically sync. If you forget to sink before midnight, all of the day’s progress is completely wiped. Terrible that it doesn’t do it on its own really. Could’ve typed a line of code that has it sink once and hour, really wouldn’t have been difficult!

Trash app
Like others have said this is the worst service Auburn could have chosen for the fitness class. The app logs you out out of no where and you’re left not being able to connect your band anymore. Not to mention you’re paying $60 for something that is the exact same as those $20 Chinese knock off fit bands. Shame on Auburn University and Engage for scamming students in the middle of a pandemic.
