Progress Reset After Update — No Response from Support 😡
After the latest update, all of my progress in the Play & Learn section was reset. I have sent emails asking for my previous progress to be restored as soon as possible, but I have received no response at all.
Losing my progress after an update and receiving no response from support are both unacceptable, so I have lowered my rating by two stars.
If you do not fix this issue soon, I will delete the app. It is really disappointing and such a shame.

I really adore this app, but I suppose that past simple and past participle forms of the verb ‘to wind’ are mispronounced. Can you fix it, please?

Ich finde es sehr schade dass man bezahlen muss um weiter zu lernen da es ja einen Kostenfreien Zugang zum lernen geben sollte.
Zudem richtet sich das Programm hauptsächlich an Kinder, welche oftmals kein Eigenes Konto haben und mit dem ihrer Eltern angemeldet sind.
Ich hoffe dass zukünftig mehr Kostenfreie Funktionen kommen.

Don't Waste Your Money
I do NOT recommend anyone pay. I bought the Pro version, and shortly after, the app stopped recognizing my subscription and locked features I had already paid for. I followed support’s instructions, reinstalled the app, and lost ALL of my progress.
The worst part wasn’t even the bug it was the terrible customer service. After paying, losing my progress, and asking for help, they completely stopped responding. No solution, no explanation, nothing.
If I could give this app less than one star, I would. The only reason I’m giving one is because the app store doesn’t allow zero. It’s not worth your money, and they clearly do not care about helping paying users when something goes wrong.
