Impossible to connect the map to the app
Busy trying for over 3 hours now, but still impossible to connect my LED map to the app. What a dramatically bad app. I payed 600€ for this LED map and it simply doesn’t work.
The colour controls are bad
The controls for the map LED’s on the app are really bad, you can't control the colour or speed of the modes. This app really needs updating

App update??
Would love an app update and maybe some new features. I still have issues getting my map to connect all the time and have to go through the process of reconnecting it which it will work for a short time but then stop. It would be nice to also have do new features like a timer or dimmer or even sound reactivity. I love my map and I’m happy I got it but I just wish there was more going into it from you.

UPDATE! Works now!
Update, app now works perfectly! I heard back in a couple days from Enjoy the Wood, and they sent me a firmware update for the LED controller built into the map. They also included really good step by step instructions in the email. After updating the map firmware the app works flawlessly.
When first tried: Unfortunately the other reviewer was correct. After waiting a long time for this excellent looking map, I can’t get the LEDs to work. Would love some help from the developer.

Not as it should be for LED Map Control
I have an XXL LED Map which is really great (Quality), however the App does not really use the potential of the WLEDs and the WLED controller stops responding every 24h (maybe when DHCP renewal takes place). App does not support re-config of WiFi and IP settings. I kindly also ask for a documentation of the WLED Controller and the usable commands as there is more potential like using Shortcuts to control the Map even with Siri - what I already do. But need List of all
Commands and how to access config of WLED/ESP32 controller - this might even make the App obsolete for some customers. Please make all this info available to them customers !

Ужасное приложение
Карты отличные, но софт отбивает охоту что-либо купить. Если бы у меня уже небыло карты, то я бы вырядил купил…
Примерить так ничего и не удалось, сканер так и не сработал. Зачем доступ к микрофону не понятно, но если не дать, что логично, то вместо предложения какая-то шляпа. Первое впечатление - это важно, но если оно через этот софт, то клиентом я бы не стал.

LED Function does not work
Finally received this after waiting 2 years from kickstarter only to find out that the LED function doesn’t work at all. It takes 5+ minutes for the app to connect to the Map and once it does the LED don’t work. When I unplug the device and plug it back in all the lights flicker for a second, so I know it’s not a hardware issue. My conclusion is that it’s a software issue.

New update broke the LED function
Everything was working fine until the new update a few days ago and now the LED function isn't working. Please fix and I'll update!!
Problematic
Use the app to control the lighting on my XL Map. Previous version of the app was hit and miss, often losing connection to the map, certain light patterns caused the map to freeze up and it took numerous attempts to turn the lights off when needed. Latest update (Dec 22) has now meant I have lost complete functionality with the lighting. Map is picked up on the scan (twice for some reason) but none of the lights now work, rendering the expensive addition of lighting to the map now completely useless. Emailed support several times and no response.

UPDATE: Kamera und Mikrofon werden weiterhin vorausgesetzt! Ohne geht es nicht.
Die Karte ist aktuell gar nicht zu steuern.
Warum wird sofort die Kamera aktiviert ohne das ich die AR Funktion nutze. Ich möchte meine Karte nur beleuchten aber keine andere Funktion der App benutzen. Leider ist meine Karte nicht vollständig angekommen daher kann ich die Funktion noch nicht prüfen.

The app won’t scan my floor. It has no way of letting me tell it that I am scanning the floor. Gets stuck on scanning the floor without actually scanning the floor.

VR doesn’t work
VR doesn’t work, just endlessly tells you to scan the floor. Moved all furniture out the way so purely floor and wall in camera panning view but still no change.
No support
I have left several messages and have not received any support for the missing pieces of my map. This is extremely frustrating. We don't have the power adapter, screws or the corner stencil. Very dissatisfied.
