Lleno de errores, no se deja actualizar, no acepta los datos, dice que hay que hacer un update y ya descargue la última versión, la peor experiencia de usuario

Ridiculous registration process
Application is so poorly designed that after years of using it and after my driver’s license expired there is no f..ing way to register the new license. Haven’t use the service for months now.
If eni enjoys not cashing my money money i am fine: i’ll keep on renting electric mopeds from cooltra for what i care. Application seems to have been designed by a frustrated public employee…a nine to fiver who does not much about human centric design

Dokument verification doesn’t work
Incredibly, even years after users have complained here that document upload isn’t working, it still hasn’t been fixed. Moved to Milan and successfully registered for 3 car sharing services - Eni being the only one not working. Fire your developer!!!
Impossibile fare upload patente se patente è non italiana
Ho provato più volte senza successo a verificare i documenti dopo aver cambiato la mia patente da italiana a inglese… l’applicazione continua a dare un errore generico in fase caricamento documenti. Ho anche contattato il customer service più volte che mi ripete le stesse istruzioni che già ho provato senza successo… possibile che non possano ricevere i documenti via mail/ altro canale? Mi sembra incredibile…

Warning!! Very bad. Apple should revive its listing. It’s just bad practices all around
This is the worst app of bate and switch I’ve ever used in my life. I bought a drive subscription but they didn’t apply it. Don’t use this app or this service. You’re better off using taxis. DON’T USE!!!

Incompetence at its best
App is still useless after all these years. Automatic verification of documents does not work. Call center verification path for document verification lets you take photos of your passport and driver license, but will not let you take your international driver's permit, which, of course, is required for registration. Helpdesk call enter advises you to use app to register.
The app developers are negligent in this Kafkaesque nightmare.

Utter Rubbish
Great idea in principal but until the App accepts Passports/Driving Licence from outside Italy you get error code and can’t complete registration!! It also only allows pictures to be taken for key documents and no picture upload capability, rather frustrating to say the least!
Until all these bugs are sorted I’d definitely avoid!! It is not ‘ENJOY’able !!!!!

Even with the update it won’t take my documents, like other reviewers.
Buggy app makes updating your documents impossible
The Enjoy service in Rome is very useful. The app is unfortunately deeply flawed.
Crashes at sign up
The app does not work. It crashes every time at the sign up whose where you upload the documents. Unusable! 😢

I think developers didn't even try using it once.
Impossible to register
Keeps showing error and doesn’t let to register. Been trying for whole year, seems like they don’t care to update the app and fix it at all, so makes me only wonder, what happens if you have any problem with them while using the car? Most likely impossible to get help either. Sad.

Can’t upload data & tech help desk is a disaster
Can’t upload data to complete registration in the app. Service desk is unaware & misguiding and sometimes ignorant repeating the same corrections that never help. Tech support help is nowhere to be found. & stuck with administrative desk.

Still not working
I almost got excited to see a new version available for download… I thought, maybe they figured out how to make it work… installed, entered my american phone number (they claim to accept american driving licenses), waited in vain to receive a message with the verification code, deleted the app. Congrats Eni!

Awful, hopeless, useless
Please please save yourself from 2 hours of totally wasted time. It just doesn’t work. When you have finally navigated through all the bugs & terrible design (eg. forcing you to select a country dial code option from a list of international dialling codes that is NOT in numerical order, but is totally randomised - unbelievable - but just one of many dreadful design faults) - anyway - when you finally get to the part that requires your documents - they are simply “not recognised” regardless of how many ways you have tried to comply with the uploading protocol. So that’s the end - 2 hours of my life wasted.

Just terrible
Local Roman. Documents accepted but can’t add a payment. Tired 3 cards + PayPal and the account was blocked. Contacted “support” which was just as terrible as the app itself. Rude and unhelpful. No point in trying with this app anymore, it’s such a waste of time and energy. All the past review are true.

It is the worst app I have ever seen in my life! You can only register if you are Italian with Italian ID and driving license. For someone who is Italian living abroad with a foreign driving license you have to pray 10 times before applying and still wont work! Shame on the software developer of this app
