BTaxi is a mobile application designed to simplify the process of requesting a taxi. It allows users to book a taxi with a single button press, provides an estimated cost for the ride, and enables real-time tracking of the approaching taxi.
Key features include a one-button taxi request, a fare estimation based on local tariffs and destination, real-time tracking of the taxi's arrival on a map, and notifications for taxi confirmation. It also offers multiple payment methods.
The application itself is free to download and use. The cost of the taxi ride will vary based on the distance, local tariffs, and destination, which can be estimated within the app.
Currently, BTaxi is operational in Alessandria, Turin, Empoli, Bologna, and Barcelona. Users outside these locations will not be able to book a taxi through the app.
BTaxi supports several payment methods. You can pay with cash as usual, use a credit card directly through the app, or for subscribers, you can opt for a virtual account that will be billed monthly with a summary of your rides.
