Can't validate with US phone number
I'm told this is the app to use for taxis in Bologna, but after installing it tries to send a code to my phone to validate and it fails with "response could not be serialized, input data was nil or zero length". I tried sending email to the developer but the email address I have is invalid. So I guess we'll try calling the phone dispatcher.

Bologna taxi
Downloaded the app and immediately booked a taxi to the airport which arrived in 3 minutes. Everything went perfectly
Cannot change phone number
Downloaded to use abroad and got the code wrong and is now stuck can't go back and change the number or delete the app!

Won’t let me create an account without an Italian mobile number. I try my UK number and gives an error every time.

Funcionan fatal y no te puedes fiar porque te dejan tirados. Hice una reserva para ir al aeropuerto de Bolonia, y me vi sin taxi a la 3.30 de la mañana, sin nadie q nos ayudara y a punto de perder el avión… hay otras compañías que funcionan mucho mejor como ITtaxi que no fallan
Why only Italy phone numbers???
Really???? You have to have an Italy phone number to use this app? Why can’t this message my US number. I can choose the +1 prefix but the sms never connects! You are missing out on so much business because we can’t get ANY taxi service in Bologna. If you are not able to walk( like me on crutches) you are in trouble!!!

Discriminates against Americans
Can't complete registration because the confirmation SMS never arrives to my US cell phone. Other competitor apps can do that. Sadly, locals say that this works most often (I have about a 10% success rate with ItTaxi and 0% with FREENOW.)
App does not work
I have tried multiple times with my US phone (adding 0’s etc…. Never get the SmS confirmation code! This app is similar to other Italian taxi apps…. That never send an SMS
