Error with login

Same issues as reported by others. Cannot log into app despite being able to log into website with same credentials. Called Enmax for solution… they couldn’t explain it.

It’s so slow

Takes forever to load. It’s funny since the app is not even loaded with very many functions, you would think speed will be one of it’s attributes. Do better!

Not for all accounts

Received a notification to download app. Thought FINALLY Enmax has gotten with the times and I won’t have to struggle to get a copy of my bill only to find out only some bills qualify.

App won’t open

This app has worked well in the past, but when I went to pay my bill today, it wouldn’t open. Seems the latest update isn’t working and hasn’t been for a few weeks based on other comments. I would think it could’ve been fixed by now.

Used to work. Cant log in, cant change password and it wont start after update

Face id login started not working . So my password had a : in it and it kept failing. When u chang r password it says what special chars to use and : isnt allowed... so let change it right!? So i change my password - Nope that feature ALSO doesnt work so i updated the app. Nope wont start anymore. Too bad it was a good app.

Use the website. It all works there w old password and everything. Gives me no lip.

Cannot login app version 2.4 iOS

I got forced to update the iOS app to v2.4. Now I cannot login the app. This is annoying. Please check and fix it. I still can login the web with the same credentials.

The update broke my application

I updated the app but after that it stopped to work , there is a message that said : “something went wrong” and now I can’t login to my account…

Doesn’t Work

When you open the app, pop up notification says, App is currently unavailable. Seriously is this app for Enmax, it’s just a junk

Update or downgrade?

The app fails to connect to server and does not work. It has been like that for 4-5 days now and I wonder if anyone is paying attention. Not sure even one star is applicable as it does not work anymore.

Recent changes made the app slow

Since the last update it takes a solid 3 minutes to view your bill and indefinite to look at your billing history. The app use to work perfectly and was no nonsense, it’s a bummer that I have to go to my desktop just to see billing history.

Slow, credit card updating needs updating

I clicked on manage payments and that took a while to backtrack bc it’s slow.

The technology exists to scan a card to add it please update this. At the very least change the expiry month for the cards. Card expiry months are digits not names make the month the digit to make it easier for some people that don’t make the change as easily. I’ve never seen this system used before where the name gets converted to digits instead of just entering digits; of course this last point goes away if the card can just be scanned
