The eNMB app allows NMB Bank retail customers to perform various banking activities on the go. This includes self-service account activation, PIN management, viewing account details, making fund transfers, paying bills, creating fixed deposits, and downloading statements.
To activate the eNMB app, you will need your Customer Information File Number (CIF). If you don't know your CIF, the app provides an option to fetch it. Once you have your CIF, follow the simple one-time activation process within the app after downloading it.
Yes, the eNMB app is a free mobile banking application provided by NMB Bank for its existing retail banking customers. There are no charges for downloading or using the core banking features of the app.
