Bad experience after sign up and pay rm50
it is very bad system when people just sign up and pay rm50. wallet zero balance and none working in the system. then sign out and want to sign in again, system ask me to top up again and want me pay again the sign up fees. not feel cheated rm50 and reported to cs. case on hold and pending investigation. haiz how to continue use the app when first time experience already so bad.

Can’t sign up
I am trying to register an account but after take the front picture of the document. The app camera turn black and I am not able to take photo of the document.
Stupid Enrichmoney Apps
stupid, I submitted documents and deposited 50MYR last time it failed and had to renew again, what happened to the deposit I transferred? I called customer service and they didn't answer at all.. you can just go die if you have these apps, l'm a fool for wasting my money!!

Fix your goddamn server ffs. Keep crashing and network error fr!? You’re dealing people’s money, not some PSN account. Change to other reliable financial service if the current one isn’t stable
Crazy fees
Don’t bother to download it. After submitting ekyc, they’re asking everything to use your data. Then requires you to topup. Topup is fine, but the charges hahaha 40rm. You have nothing to offer me but taking my money first. Now you have my data before I can use your services. Felt like a scam

No information provided. Balance zero. Not able to pay via QR code scan. Not responsible apps provider.

I hope this app is managed better. Not cool when my account says 0 when i have money inside. Call center not picked up. Confusing enrich conversion and redemption rate. You can do better !
My money gone when using EnrichMoney Platform
I topup to my EnrichMoney account from other bank debit card but after 2 days the amount topup not reflected in my EnrichMoney account, it makes me feel confused, lost, angry also feel not safe with bank and money services organisation and i hope Bank Negara Malaysia can help me get back my missing money from EnrichMoney account (merchantrade)

Cannot Verify Enrich Membership
I’ve done the email verification and phone verification for Enrich log in. But after submitting OTP from text for phone verification it restarted again to email verification. I’ve done this thrice. Stupid app
RM40 to sign up with min RM100 top up.
Take note to all new users.
