I booked a taxi via this app this morning (22nd July) for tomorrow (23rd July 2024) to Cardiff Airport. I have been charged £40 via Apple Pay, but the app does not show any driver or booking confirmation.
I called the customer service, but was told there was no booking under my name. I explained the situation, but the call was cut off. I then emailed and called again, only to be told no payment was received, and again the call was ended abruptly.
This is unacceptable. I have attached the payment proof and screenshots for your reference by email
Please Refund the £40 immediately , I won’t use your services anymore!

We booked a taxi 2 weeks in advance and paid for it on the App. Taxi did not show and when I rang I was told they were too busy and cancelled it leaving us stranded in pouring rain. Total way of time. Never again. DO NOT USE!
