Please add sound and vibration options to the notifications

Notifications Broken

Recently, the app has been unable to push notifications. Considering the rapid response time that’s necessary (under 30 mins) to Respond, Notifications are highly important.

I have tried deleting the app, made sure all notifications were on and enabled both in-app and in Notifications Center. Still does not work! Please fix ASAP!!! Thanks!

Ok on the app but features could be added…

Such as the Archiving function put on the web version - is this coming to the app interface? Would be really helpful!

Unable to open referrals

When I first downloaded the app it was working fine now it’s just buffering

Also unable to open documents

Great for instant notification, cannot open documents without an error. This has been an ongoing problem for close to a month with no response.
