Not attractive
Everything is 2 people. I buy coffee alone need to buy 2 to enjoy the discount. Buy donuts need to buy 3 and drink also indicated 2 people. Why must there be rule of 2 people? Why can’t I go grab a coffee just for myself? Every offer is 1 for 1. Now my Revo card is loosing its attractiveness, no more 10x for contactless, and cannot even enjoy discount for me alone time. Next time I will treat the person behind me for a 1-1.

I am guessing the UI designers must all be young people. I can hardly read any of the contents.

I have been using this app for a long time without problems. But past few days I cannot open it. Keeps crashing. iPhone 14 on iOS 17.1.2

Not working
Poor apps. The overseas hotel search section freezes since yesterday night. Need the hotel rate urgently but cant do anything about it.
Complaint App not working
I was at uni gallery at The Plaza today for lunch. Wanted to use the Entertainer app to pay by 1-1 voucher. But the app didn’t work !!
Keep giving me “no internet connection “ message although there was clearly internet n wifi. My other apps were working fine !
I had to try like 10 times over the course of my meal (over 2 hours) and finally it worked ! i even switched off my hp n switched it on again but still nothing until like the last straw.

Search bar did not work, App should notify to update
Cannot search by restaurant, cannot search by location. Search bar serves no purpose......I am on iPhone 11 with latest OS. However now works after reinstalling. Should have notification to update. Was unable to update in-app or on app store so only option was to reinstall.
Felt cheated
Mains 1 for 1 cannot use together with drinks 1 for 1 and not entitled for happy hours prices. Didn’t really feel it is a good bargain!

Worst App ever, HSBC, please learn from other banks
Total failure, first you have to call up HSBC for a VIP key even before you can log on to this app. After being on hold for 17mins, they will read the alphanumeric key to you over the phone, insulting you as if you cannot understand how to input the key, after 6 attempts to input the invalid key, they will ask you to prove that the key is invalid. Total waste of your time, use DBS, UOB, just spend with other bank cards. You will be happier using other Apps. HSBC has been a total failure with technology. I agree Witt the other customers here that this app doesn’t work.
