Not as it should be
Takes long time to be active. Scrolling not friendly smooth. It not good as it should be.
Great addition to my ENTR lock
This app works fine for me every time that I use it. It’s absolutely brilliant at opening my door when I need to and complements my fingerprint reader, so that I have complete peace of mind and come into my property without any problems.
Bad connection, bugs, need to recover key often
One of the worse app I have. Connecting to lock takes long time, often need to delete and recover key - most of the time spent on troubleshooting.
Lock is also not reliable - every few months we are locked outside our own home, need to use spare key - which lose all the idea of having smart lock instead of caring key with you.

App doesn’t work
Previous App was just working fine. This app doesn’t recognise my ENTR lock even though Bluetooth is enabled. The app keeps saying to switch on the Bluetooth. After reinstalling the app it is just not working and is completely useless.
Short period of access for guest
Adding a user only allows short period of access maximum 72 hours, why I can’t use it monthly or more 😔!
Incredibly stupid
Poor design. Unstable. Unfit for use. A giant scam. You better have a physical key.
Clunky
This app must have been designed by someone who either hates iOS or has not bothered to read Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines. Nothing in this app is intuitive, copywriting is bad, typography is sloppy, overall design is ugly, navigation is weird, UI controls seems custom-built and confusing, and to top it off: the app barely works. It’s truly astounding how this app has both passed the company’s QA process and Apple’s app review. Zero stars.

No Watch support after all these years
No Watch support after all these years. I would love to meet this company’s product managers!
Not user friendly at all.
Is it difficult to find m some of the features (like creating a temporary key) and it does not give you any kind of support when something does not work. (I am trying to set my door in automatic mode and for some reason is not working, but when I switch the automatic mode on the app, it does not display any warning that it was not successfully completed)
