No Shift
After 5k miles on my e-bike the hub no longer shifts and cannot connect via Bluetooth to my iPod for reset
Don’t connect with serial 1 e-bike
After latest update, no longer connect with my serial1 speed e-bike.
Serial 1 companies own app is withdrawn BUT all of Brose display, enviolo and iPhone has Bluetooth so, why it won’t connect?
This is all meshed up on this expensive bike.
Serial 1 is also sold so don’t think there is going to be any support.
Hardware companies should be able to co-ordinate and connect hardwares of each other on same vehicle, isn’t it? It’s not a customers fault.
Would anyone help?

The app doesn’t even work
I downloaded this app to perform a calibration on a hub. It has zero functionality and all it does is prompt for Bluetooth permissions and then won’t allow any user input.
Cadence
I’m noticing that my 55 cadence setting jumps back to the default 75 every so often. Otherwise seems to be working well with my Como Turbo IGH 5.
New Version is useless
The original version of the app was great. It showed a big screen with your speed and smaller display of the cadence number. The screen would stay active all the time so you could see it while you’re running.
The latest version no longer shows the speed and the cadence number is tiny. What’s worse is that the screen no longer stays active and you have to log into your phone every time you want to read the cadence.
If there was a way to get the original version back, I would just do it immediately. The new version is useless.

Lost functionality.
App took away the ability to electronically shift. This is critically important to me for using the Enviolo hub. My heart situation benefits from my manual shifting and has difficulty with the automatic performance. Also gone is valuable information at a glance. I don’t want to revert to a manual system that depends on cables. Shimano hub can shift automatically but can shift electronically with push buttons. The Enviolo app says manual gear shifting is possible with buttons but does not offer such a system.

Terrible update
The latest update is an entire disappointment! Just terrible! If I could give zero stars I would. Made it harder to use and removed helpful, usable features. Go back to the previous version. It was much, much better!
Lost functionality in UX update
Bike is stuck in sport shifting mode and shifts too frequently now. Old app let you adjust. Please bring back older version. Also cannot shift manual anymore and handlebar mounted manual shifers like cliq are not available in stores.
Hate the new version
The updated version loses most of the useful functionality of the older version. It no longer displays speed so you can’t use it as a speedometer. You can only increment cadence by 1 rpm instead of choosing larger steps of 5 rpm. Startup gear ration is now meaningless labels of light and heavy instead of gear ratio. How can I get back the much more useful earlier version

New Enviolo app
The old Enviolo app kept my iPhone screen on during use. The new app shuts off after some time. Please update the new app to override the auto lock.
App doesn’t work an all iPhone
I had an iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 16.1.1. The does not show set cadence
Love the updated UX
I really love how you simplified the user experience. When I’m writing I leave it on the cadence screen so I can primarily shift between 50 rpm and 60 rpm. In addition I haven’t in the past been able to get the calibration function to work properly, but with this release I was able to calibrate my home with ease. Nice job.

Awful update
This is an awful update. We lost so much. Bring back the old interface!
Works with issues
I got this app because I needed to do a realignment on my serial 1 bike for the enviolo. And after the alignment I needed to recalibrate it with the enviolo app. But the calibration is failing every time I try to do the calibration. The frustration thing is, I can’t drive the bike without the calibration done, cuz of damaging the drive.

Used to adjust the rear hub to feel more natural to my riding cadence. Paired easily and adjusted as described.
Easy Connectivity to my eBike
I bought an eBike and thought it would be difficult to change the setting on Enviolo CVT hub. But it worked flawlessly. Changing the settings really helped feel natural as I am a more experienced rider.
Simple and easy
Used on my SERIAL 1 ebike, to change the hub target RPM. Worked as expected
Does not pair with bike
This appears to be a poorly implemented app. It fails to pair with my Tern HSD bike no matter what I try, i.e. unpairing other Bluetooth devices, turning the bike off and back on, etc. Shameful!!
