Less than ideal
This app is constantly crashing, more times than not i am unable to access my accounts or have partial access. Not sure why they’re trying to compete federally when they cant even solve problems locally…

The app is super glitchy and consistently needs to be restarted. I’m always checking for updates but there never is one. Too often it takes me off the app and to my browser where I have to fully log in with my credentials and branch and navigate the site from the browser which is not super user friendly. Needs updating asap

good app i just cannot load the screens after my quick look. i have to reset the app several times and still it doesn’t work.

I feel like I should be able to pay bills
Trying to pay my bills before I go to sleep and the app stops working completely, logging me out and refusing to let me back in

I’ve noticed for last few weeks when I’m in app (iPhone) and go to transfer page nothing is working can’t even back out it’s just froze and can’t do anything
My favourite bank
I like Envision, they always have been very helpful and understanding. I like the app it’s easy to work with and as secure as possible.
Glitches
It doesn’t matter how up to date this app is. I find it is always glitching. Sometimes having to reload several times. Doesn’t matter if it’s connected to wifi or data. Through several phones I have had the same annoying issues with this app. Also not a fan of the online banking experience since they got rid of the spending category tracking.

Dealt with many banks and institutions. Envision is actually the best I’ve ever dealt with. No fees and can actually get someone on the phone when needed. Five stars 👍
2 Steps forward, one step back
Envision launched a ‘New’ app a little while back that was great! It was snappy and responsive and really like a modern banking app. But then for some reason that one got canceled and now there’s this ‘new, new’ app that seems much clunkier and unresponsive. Accounts take time to load when before it was almost instantaneous.

One of the best bank
Not very functional
Every time I try logging into the app, it uses FaceID and then loops me back to the home page and asks me to log in again. Sometimes it does this 3 or 4 times before letting me log in. It also seems to have a random timeline of when it refuses to use FaceID and wants you to manually fill out your login information. I stay up to date on downloading new updates but this has been happening for years with no improvement. Makes me consider moving banks it's so frustrating trying to get into my account.

Awful bank that misuses your money
I have had multiple occasions when i sent money and then the transfer would be pending and i would call to have it canceled and it would just dissapear ive lost over 500$ to these clowns go somewhere else if you dont want to bank with theives
The only thing worse than this app is their website
