Broken app?
Only tabs I have available are “me” and “spaces.” No longer a way to access WikEm or even the AI tool they recently added. Even before this, way too many clicks to get the information I needed. Nice way to butcher a perfectly fine quick access app, force us to download this new one, then break it again

iPads?
Why isn't this app formatted for iPads? Can't even read anything because the app treats the iPad like it's a giant phone. I'd hate to pull out my phone to look something up in front of a patient; it looks far more professional to be on an iPad instead
Change the layout on the iPad
Great app but very difficult to use on the iPad- way too small and moves by itself. Please configure this.
PLEASE GIVE US WIKEM BACK!
We do not need 5 additional clicks and loading to get to WIKEM. Please give it back to use in its own app!!

Excellent resource
Highly recommend Eolas—incredible resource with new AI search that make finding all internal hospital protocols and national guidelines easily accessible at bedside
Poor and clunky
Poor navigation, multiple bits to click to find anything. Latest AI is no better than a Google search. Lacks specifics. Certainly shouldn’t be relied on for accuracy either.

I have no idea what’s going on here. I was using wiki EM and it was fine. Suddenly they just added this other layer of stuff and I can’t find anything too bad.

Fantastic source all I one place
Not as good as MicroGuide.
it’s very clunky, makes you log in every 5 minutes and body systems are not like the previous MicroGuide app. Why do I need to sign in for antimicrobial guidelines ! I hope it’s cheaper given its poor functionality and not being built for clinical teams but I fear knowing the nhs the probably spent more money on a worse system.

WikiEM Worse
None of the hyperlinks within articles, will take you to the page. Instead, you have to research whatever term/pathology you’re looking for which is super annoying

This is a godawful clunky mess of an app that is useless to me outside of WikEM. Now have to go through extra steps to access my favorite and most used on-shift resource, and as if that weren’t enough, I can now no longer access WikEM past a loading screen. Deleting now and will just use a mobile browser.

Terrible. So many clicks needed during emergency situations. Tons more telemetry if you check the primacy section.

Eolas is clunky and difficult to use.
Keep it simple
Another WikEM user. While I understand the app attempts to bring more functions for quick reference it does so at the expense of making wikem near unusable. Would gladly continue my prior wikem subscription for the far more quick/efficient app.
This app is horrible
This app is horrible and slow. It made formerly easily accessible information now very hard to access. WikEM was an excellent source of quick information for emergency medicine. Now the same information is hidden behind so many clicks and a very slow app, with no added benefit. I’ve even emailed the CEO about this, and he’s been no help. Very disappointed.

Original App was notably better
Clunky and bloated.
I see their vision, but the execution is horrendous. We’ve given the developers plenty of time to refine it and yet they’ve done minimal. The original app was better, this is a tragedy to emergency medicine education and resources.

WikEM was a great tool and extremely user friendly until Eloas decided to ruin it
