App keeps crashing, and freezes up
This app has been steadily getting worse the last few months. Sometimes it loads, and then freezes ip. Sometimes it just crashes every time you start it.
When it's working, it's great. Just can't get it to work lately. 🤷🏽♂️

The worst
Multiple problems. For many months the application freezes up. Probably do 500 uninstall and reinstall just to get it going again. The cancel all tab hardly ever works. Even if it works, it is slow. Money transfers are unable. I have problems on all devices except laptop.

The personal is courteous, and answer my questions, that made me feel confident that I am in the right trading platform.
Can't use paper trading on here
I downloaded this app to practice my options trading skills with virtual money first. I've attempted to trade with the paper option many times but always get a message that the option isn't available.
Maybe it's a good app for other uses but not the one I'm looking for.

Needs improved
My watchlist and quotes often do not load the information. Would like to also see some features that we’ve all has to look at different areas that are graphs and information of sectors in the market. Place in dual orders like we will all those. Where are you can set your stop loss and sell limit with just one click.

Loved paper trading until recent update
Adding on to my last review because I get a fresh screen. I’m using an IPhone 12 by the way, not like my phone is that outdated. I should be able to get a fresh screen, so consider this another issue.
I wanted to also report that the stock search appears to not be working well. I searched for Jet Blue and the stock did not show in the search results, I have a screenshot if you are interested. I know the ticker exists because I have an open position. Another frustrating thing that I can’t see an updated quote from my position screen.
I would love it you just went back about 3 months when everything was working great!
Having trouble closing orders. It used to work great, I just clicked on the open position, selected Close, the app prepared the close trade and all I had to do was modify. Now, I select close and it no longer launches the prepped order screen, it gives me an error saying the limit quant is not filled in. Do then I have to query for a quote, select Trade and manually put in the info. Definitely lost some user friendliness with added steps and feels backwards. Additionally, used to be able to buy and sell, now must sell short and buy to cover, with that change I lost 10 minutes frustrated over why my buy order on my short wouldn’t work… until realized the buy to cover and order went through. I liked it when the app was simple and intuitive. Updates are making it more complicated.

Paper trading doesn’t work
You can’t use paper trading it always says option not available try again later and no one knows how to fix it.. very frustrating since no other paper trading accounts trade options
Needs UI update
It not vary user friendly and buggy haven’t seen a update from them

Hello, we're about to do a major upgrade to the app which we're very excited about. We are adding new features to eOption's mobile app, which include unlimited free research reports from Zacks, ACH transfers, P&L reporting, ability to access your statements and more. These updates will take effect this month.
It doesn’t work
The app only works if you have a live account so pretty much you can’t paper trade without a real account
Almost there
The app works well and appears to be improving. I use it a few times every week & experience very little frustration. I actually like the app better than the web interface in several ways. A couple of small quirks keep it from a 5 star rating (how to change # of options to trade in a vertical?) but I suspect these will eventually be resolved. One of my most used apps.

Superb App, very fast and agile.
It’s the best trading app I have used. Very responsive, lot of features, quotes display is fast and great. Nice screen to trade options.

Just wish we could use the app to transfer money into my trading account (ACH). But watching my trades is great. And buying and selling usually works fast.

Getting better but still needs improvement.
I’ve been using both the Web app and mobile app for about four years now. Easy enough to use with some exceptions. The most annoying and most serious for me, mainly with the iOS mobile app, is connectivity with their server/network where you can’t enter or exit a trade in timely manner on occasion. Only other request is to make it easier and more intuitive to place and reverse spreads! Would also like an Options Watchlist - not just stock watchlist.
Other than that, it’s ok to use.

Great for start
Improvements are needed.
Great for basics
Great app for basic functions and keeping track of account activity intra-day. Especially useful when paired with entering positions and putting in temporary orders on the desktop, then modifying or closing out positions at an optimal time using the phone while in my daily travels. Keep those improvements coming!

Great app, it is regularly updated and improved. Great company with super customer service. If you trade mainly options, this app (and company) deserve at least a look.
