The new update has bugs
The app used to work well, but the update has issues. It asks for me to enter a credit card in every time I try to park even though there’s one saved in my account. It’s hidden at first and prompts me to enter the card number. Then, it registers that I have one saved. I have to receive the error message in order access a credit option.

Please turn off the marimba sound on confirmation screen
I don’t know if it’s different for different credit cards, I use a master card. The confirmation screen forces you to hear the jingle and it’s annoying, no option to turn it off. I’m listening to good music, I don’t need it interrupted by master card.

Needs update. Fails to initialize and crashes out after 20 seconds.

After an absence from Ann Arbor for several months, I tried to use this app. It now crashes on launch every time. Deleting it and reinstalling it from the app air doesn’t fix the problem. It is now useless.

The app won’t load for me anymore, it’s just on the logo and then eventually closes the app. It worked fine for like 3 years!

Every time I try to save a card the app says network error. So it’s completely unusable

Full 5g service. Won’t let me save a payment method or put a card in the wallet. Just keeps saying network error please try again. You guys want your money to use the street make a reliable app
Horrible app
I’ve lived in Ann Arbor for two years now and literally never gotten this app to work. Either I can’t log in, or can’t add a payment once I log in.
Stopped working today - had to pay for ticket
Normally works very well but today my payment didn’t work. It’s not that it was denied, the payment never even got processed. Normally it works fine so I just clicked the button and didn’t pay any mind, but today it didn’t get finalized and i received a ticket. I tested it out later today and it still hasn’t worked. very disappointed

I have deleted the app, restarted my phone multiple times. Unable to get it working so I can actually pay. Btw I tried this when I had full service and location services enabled.
Doesn’t work after last update
Already allowed location sharing in Settings, but every time I try creating a new session, it gives an error about location sharing not available. Looks like I’m not the only one based on recent reviews.
Gives incorrect warning when outside of hours
When trying to pay for a spot before 8 am (I forgot meters didn’t start till then) it was saying “could not retrieve location”. This error should change to say that it is outside of booking hours so that users better understand why it isn’t working, rather then sending them on a wild goose chase until they realize it’s the wrong time.

location not available error
Imagine calling yourself a programmer and then having your app fail at actually functioning properly, doesn’t work at all on an iphone 15 pro max.

Can’t even access the app because it says “location is not currently available” despite location services being turned on. Super annoying. 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
Frauds
I made a payment and they did not receive it. My payment went through from my bank and it didnt show up on the app. So obviously I got a ticket. Useless app and such money hungry frauds!!
