This is useless as is
This app is terrible. It doesn’t even list your current medication so you know what needs refilled. I found that out after it took me forever to create an account. Bluegrass Drugstore’s old app was very functional. It listed all your medications, showed how many refills you had left, and allowed you to order a refill online. Now since they are under Ephraim McDowell, the new app provides substantially less functionality to the customer. In fact, I don’t know what use this app is for the customer. The path to excellent customer service is when you take something away from the customer, you give them something better. That is definitely not the case here.

Cannot Log In
As a new user, I tried to register but it said my email was already in use. So I attempted to login but I have no idea what username or password to use and there is no link to click for a forgotten username or password. There is also no tech support offered. Bluegrass Drugstore had an amazing app that was user friendly. Sad that when Ephraim McDowell bought them out, the quality of services has dramatically declined.
