Great app! They really thought of everything!
Literally every is TOO easy. I use this to track my data, and it works great. The only thing i would change is more fit bit, heath tracker type stuff?
App won’t open
The app was working great. After the latest updates, the app won’t open. Any idea how I can get it to open? Do I need to delete and reinstall?
ACTUALLY FREE
As someone that has been chronically ill for 16 years, get this. You can customize symptoms and treatments. Then, the app will generate monthly PDF reports, again for free, of those symptoms and interventions with graphs.
You do not have to give access to your EMR (medical record). That is your choice to do so. I have not and am able to use the app without any issues. You can also search for other research studies to be a part of.
All-in-all this app is amazing. Get it. You literally have nothing to lose. Plus your input can help with research and cures!

Worse than Useless
App is supposed to track multiple activities, symptoms and pacing budget. Doesn’t really do any of that - AND you have to give them your health data to find that out AND then they make it impossible to cancel membership or remove the app from your phone. Claims to work with Apple Watch, but really doesn’t. It does connect to my Health app on iPhone, but the only metric it displays from that app is number of steps, which adds nothing to what I had without this app. App has no Help feature, no way to submit questions or get tech help, or other guidance about how to use this app. I’ve wasted three hours answering survey questions, trying to make use of this thing, and then trying to get rid of it. Total waste of time.

Great Symptom Tracker
I have multiple chronic and autoimmune conditions.I had been trying different symptom trackers looking for one that was easy to use and gave a usable record of my symptoms. Not only that, it interfaces with multiple longitudinal studies so my symptoms can contribute to studies looking to gather information and manage multiple diagnoses. Win/Win!
