Mobile deposit is very aggravating, works sometimes.
Most of the time it just gives you a black screen and tells you it can’t access camera.

Mobile deposit not great
The camera wasn’t working consistently tonight. Sometimes it would just be black screen and I’d have to close and reopen the app. In one case, after I entered info and took pics of the checks, it finally said it can’t deposit them because of the daily limit of $6k. Why didn’t it tell me that as soon as I entered the amount?
It’s also worth noting that they have a small number of actual reviews (at least that show up for me) and a lot of them are bad. But they apparently have a huge number of 5-star ratings bringing up the average. Seems fishy to me.

They keep making it worse
To be honest it’s not just the app, ENB has drastically gone down hill in the past few years.
Customer service is not good.
I showed up at a branch when snow was forecasted but we hardly got any snow.
The roads were just wet, I went to the door after “opening hours” an employee came to the door and said we are delaying opening for weather.
Why couldn’t he have invited me in and just helped me out?
Not a “Home Town” bank any more.
Ready to close my accounts and move on to a credit union.

Glitchy
Mobile deposit rarely works the first try. Very frustrating that the only suggestion they have is attempting to retake the pictures/start a new deposit.

Mobile deposit on the app does not allow the phone’s camera to focus for a picture. Every upgrade this bank makes, breaks something else.
huge downgrade
The old app was great. No complaints. But then they replaced it with an “upgrade” that has been a pain in the butt. Probably the biggest frustration is that you can no longer view and download statements from the app. You have to go on a browser for that. Also I’ve noticed that any memo I enter on a transfer disappears after it posts. So looking back and trying to figure out what’s what is extremely frustrating when the notes I originally wrote have vanished.

Can’t log in
I’ve been locked out of my account forever despite calling in to get my password reset numerous times. I can log in immediately after I call and reset but never after that. How am I supposed to use the app if I can’t even get in? Setting up Face ID doesn’t help at all. How is my face an invalid login attempt? I don’t want to go through a reset process every time I just want to peek at my balance.
I get being locked out after 3 tries or whatever, but it’s normal for that to reset after 24 hours so you can change your password or try again not years!

Great Bank
Been with ENB for years. Great service and support!
Bad
This app is completely trash every time I put my pass in it changes I know my passwords but it keeps saying it’s invalid. The second thing is it supposed to be able to use my face scan from my phone that doesn’t work at all every time they update the app it breaks something on my end.
Hard to use
Ephrata National Bank needs to take lessons on how to manage online banking from any other local bank. ENB makes online banking hard to do.
Good app
This app is pretty impressive for a smaller community bank. It’s simple and easy to use. Zelle works very efficiently and it’s easy to set up. Bill pay is useful and not complicated. I have another account with Wells Fargo and the ENB app is just as good as that one.
Newbies
We are new customers. My family has dealt with ENB for years. We could not be happier with the service provided to us. 🙌
Terrible app
You can never make a mobile deposit. It’s so frustrating being a part of a small town bank that doesn’t invest enough money into the operating systems.

Often “unable to process at this time” or unable to do other things that are the purpose for having an app.
Better than it used to be but still bad
This version is better than the old version, but I still can’t view or download documents. Honestly the status of this bank’s online banking would have been a dealbreaker during mortgage shopping if I had realized it was so bad ahead of time.
My on line banking review.
There was some glitches when this on line program was last updated. ENB is a huge bank and the IT folks weathered through it well. I bank at another bank and this on line program is much, much easier to use. I also visit the Lititz and Denver branches and the tellers at both locations are just so friendly, patient, and professional. Thanks to all of you, I have been very comfortable with my banking needs at ENB. Please accept my sincere Thankyou for helping me these past three years

New mobile app
The new mobile app is trash, I depended on mobile banking and you all have completely failed me as a customer with this “upgrade” I almost never had trouble before and now I have trouble with doing a mobile deposit more often than not, I am definitely looking for a better option!
