ADD MULTIPLE FLAVOR OPTIONS
everything is good however it would be nice if you could add on the app an option to choose multiple flavors when ordering a family or party pack

The last time couple of times I ordered here they made the wings how they wanted and not extra extra crispy like I asked so for that I’m going to have to give mission valley 3stars only cause sometimes they make it awesome but never consistent

Coupons never work.
I’v had this app for years and i’v NEVER EVER been able to apply a coupon that they are promoting on the app to my order. For the last three years I have to call in and make my order because coupon codes they promote on the app don’t seem to exist when checking out. Delete the app if you want to order here. Completely useless app.

Rewards only work half the time
This app does not let you use your rewards half the time. I have to cancel order and go into the store. No point trying to order on app.

Typically this place is good but they got my order wrong and did not give me the ranch I paid for even though they said they put it in there. Also did not listen whatsoever to my special Instructions
Add more options
I personally would give it a 5 stars if I could order my chicken fries with the option of extra chicken. I got to the store and they told me that they couldn’t add extra chicken I had already paid because the payment is through the app and they can’t add it afterwards even though I asked for it in the special instructions and I said I’ll pay when I get there. But they couldn’t do that. 😔
