App is a complete failure
I love the ear buds, hate the App
Probably the worst app I’ve ever used
I have never used an app before where NOTHING works. There has never been a single time over a year that I have been able to do anything seamlessly: connecting, updating, changing headphone settings, etc.
Everyone else can make a functional app. Fire the developers and start over.

No support
Sent email and contacted bec app is non functional. No support several weeks in
Being able to change listening modes is insane
The app is easy to navigate through
Mittelprächtig
Die App startet sehr langsam und es fehlt ein EQ für mein Epos 1071T ANC. :/
Bad software
I have constant, every day issue’s with the headset. It is connected with laptop and I-phone. Yet 50% of the time. It does not pick up the phone call, or if it does pickup, people don’t hear more. Same with Teams, one call it works fine and the very next call, people can’t hear me. Extremely annoying. Also other colleagues with same headset, have similar complaints. After a windows update, often things get worse… :-(

App Needs Work
The products themselves are great, but the app is slow and buggy. I also don’t like that it can only be installed on one device at a time. I use more than six Apple devices, and it would be far more convenient to have the app on all of them—allowing me to adjust the equalizer and settings directly on whichever device I’m using, instead of having to go back to my phone every time.
The app really needs some work. The hardware is clearly designed for enterprise use, and in today’s world where most companies follow some form of hybrid work schedule, it’s frustrating to deal with extra, tedious steps just to change a simple setting. The app should feel smoother, more intuitive, and more convenient. Users shouldn’t have to overthink or tinker so much just to adjust a headset or pair of earphones.

L’ordi fonctionne
Seems very buggy. Not at all user friendly.
It connects sometimes, but unable to change any settings.
Unbrauchbar.

EPOS 660
It initially connected and everything was fine. I could access the limited control features like bass, voice, etc. Since the third use I haven’t been able to connect to the app even though the headphones and phone are connected. The lower end TOZO brand even has a better app (functionality and features). I think it should be a lot better.

I have to re-pair to my iPhone whenever I want to use this app
I have the Adapt 660 headphones which work well but getting the EPOS connect app to recognize them is a hassle. My iPhone 15 pro will be connected to the headphones and will play music fine. I then open the Epos connect app and the app can’t find the headphones (it’s obviously connected given that I can hear music). The only way around this is to delete all connections on my headphones and delete the Bluetooth connection from my phone then launch the app and re-connect. After that point, the app connects to the headphones and I can use it but it’s such a hassle I rarely would use it. The app is also pretty limited in terms of features and usability but I can deal with that. I am using the latest version of the app and firmware for the headphones and have tried restarting all devices multiple times.

Most Features Don’t Work
Can’t change any settings. Constantly getting the refreshing icon on all settings screen such as ANC. It does show as connected to my 1060 ANC headset and I can see it’s connected in Bluetooth settings and working.
Only limited connectivity
Connectivity to Epos 560 Headset works only one out 50 attempts. If at all…
Very frustrating. I used the Sennheiser business products for my company but with EPOS I have to switch the supplier.

EPOS
