Sound imbalances
So had these for a bit now the sound has a left right imbalance can’t seem to solve it! It also has intermittent drop outs on the BT. When they’re on they’re on but these issues are a huge disappointment

Could add feature to stop music when in one ear/volume up or down via buttons? The customizable aspect of the buttons has good potential.
For me, it always shows most recent connection instead of disconnection on the find my feature. It’d be better if it were updated at the disconnect, or even better, a consistent update. Right now I can only track them constantly if I’m actively on the find my feature.

Battery %
The app doesn’t show the battery % while it’s charging. There is no way to refresh the app(Ideally the app should do that automatically , or atleast by pulling down the screen. The only way to check the new battery % is to close the app and relaunch it again on iOS. Mobile is upto date with latest OS, and Jabra headset and App is also upto date. App should have a “alive events” system specially when the device is on a call and when the device is charging.
